My family has always been Protestant and I am proud of my heritage. But in Montreal, Canada we have the St. Patrick's day parade that been going on for about 140 years. In that parade the Scottish pipe bands, and the Irish Protestant Benevolent Society have always paraded alongside the Irish Catholics. I hope one day the two communities in Northern Ireland will be able to do that. The Catholics should just let the Orange order parade wherever it wants. Just sit back and enjoy the music..In the end we're all Celtic and our forefathers all spoke the same Gaelic language. The troubles were a fratricidal war pitting brother against brother.
The Catholics used to do just like u said but the deranged orangie bigots started marching up the aisle during communion at sunday mass then thru their kitchens at dinnertime which was rather inconvenient.

Well we have sat through 4 weekends of being in lockdown and our towns and cities torn apart.
