Assembling Evette Rios' Rooftop Outdoor Kitchen in a SINGLE DAY!

If you’re a fan of Evette Rios… You’re also about to be a fan of her new rooftop outdoor kitchen! This project turned out to be an absolute stunner… And not a single piece of heavy machinery was required to put this island together! (We know, it’s hard to believe.) Surely, you’re wondering how that’s even possible. How do you get a full-fledged outdoor kitchen on a roof, without using a crane? We figured out a way… And it’s so much easier than you might think. In fact, Evette Rios was just as shocked!
Before we get to all the glamor shots of this captivating rooftop outdoor kitchen… You’ll see a bit about how these islands come together. Evette Rios opted for our MOKs system… Which is particularly lightweight and easy to install. (Perfect for a rooftop.) This is a modular solution, made with HDPE panels with interlocking channels. Each piece is relatively small, easy to lift, and simple to maneuver. So simple… That you’ll see we were able to get all the pieces up Evette’s spiral staircase!
From there, it’s just down to the assembly. And all said and done… Evette Rios’ rooftop outdoor kitchen came together in about a couple hours flat. That’s right.
