    Hmm... I watched many games when he played for Everton and I always admired him for working very hard on the field. The trouble was that very often he was not given a ball when he was in the best position to score a goal. he was always where he supposed to be but other players did not pass the ball to him. That is why , I think, he was so unhappy in England, the chemistry was not there for him. In spite of that I still believe he is one of the best and hardest working players out there.

  • @betoharres

  • @alexandrupreda1994
    @alexandrupreda1994 Před rokem +182

    I think it can be a problem of preparation, environment and pressure.
    Both Everton and Tottenham are not exceptional teams, but they still have a lot of pressure to rise.
    I think the problems would be the following:
    - poor preparation at the 2 clubs
    - psychological pressure
    - lack of unconditional support from the fans, knowing what he can do
    - language barriers
    - the climate
    - the diet
    As long as a player scores goals for the team (no matter which one) it is clear that he enjoys the game, when a player no longer rises to the expected level, it is time to make a clear analysis of this player and the environment in which he evolves (the club ).

    • @manoo9088
      @manoo9088 Před rokem +11

      At everton it wasnt environment. Even today us evertonians unconditionally love richarlison and always have. Sure we used to get frustrated when he would go down easy but there was never a lack of support and that was shown at the end of last season. I have a signed richarlison shirt on my wall as we speak.

    • @alexandrupreda1994
      @alexandrupreda1994 Před rokem +2

      @@manoo9088 It means that there are problems elsewhere.
      As I said, there can be several causes, not just 1.
      It can also be something that does not suit the player and makes him feel uncomfortable both consciously and unconsciously.
      It can be a psychological block.
      And if all the ways have been analyzed and worked on, then it can be said that he doesn't want to. But that would be the last possibility.

    As a Spurs fan Richarlison is very important to the team, he might not banging goals like he did with Brazil but he is important for Conte’s tactics and system.
    By having Richarlison in the starting eleven, Kane is capable of dropping down and create chances while Richarlison can hold inside the box. I know that we have Son in the team but Richarlison is better physically, in the air (good with header) and capable of finishing like a complete striker.
    This is why in the recent games, Son was dropped and Richarlison is on the starting eleven.

    Well, Football is a team sport. I am sure Richarlison tries just as hard playing for his club as for his country. There is a matter of chemistry between himself and other players. Maybe he just fits better playing alongside Brazilian players as he does against English club players. There are plenty of examples of other players who do far better for the national team than their club team, and then there are examples of other players who are the opposite. It is a bit hard to say. Why not just ask Richarlison his thoughts?

    He deserves to be successful given what he proved to be capable of doing. I was of the view that he is not as good as Gabriel Jesus to be the main goal getter for Brazil. What matters for a striker is to score as many goals as possible - he is doing that. It is plausible to play him over G. Jesus for that simple reason. Good luck to him!

    He probably performs worse in Premier League games because it's harder to communicate with people that don't speak his first language. Also it was mentioned that he loved to watch the Premier League when he was a kid so he probably felt a lot of pressure playing there.

    I don't know about hate and I don't live in England to feel that feeling, but on TV I see a skilled player that will do anything to score including cheating, grass rolling, and diving. His background does not justify his indiscretions. There are millions in the world that have suffered worst than him and are not as fortunate as him. Respect is earned, this player needs to readdress his antics to earn that respect.

    Easy, because Richarlison is a Striker and the PL clubs keep putting him as a Winger. You dont put him in the right position and wonder whats going wrong. HE IS A FUCKING STRIKER, thar means he should play in the middle, not in the wings
