Dali Poori Recipe ( Odia ) | No Onion Garlic Aloo Curry Recipe by Mrunalinee | Poori Aloo Sabzi Recipe : Poori / Puri is a deep fried puffed bread . Which has many variants such as uisng beetroot, potato, green peas etc. Today we will prepare an unique and flavourful crispy Poori using Dal ( Moong Dal ) . Along with that No Onion Graic Aloo Curry ( Alu Tarakari / Potato Curry ) which is the best combination for Breakfast and Dinner as well . Quick to prepare and convenient for lunchbox or for long travelling. So, learn and enjoy crispy Dal Puri ( Dali Poori / Dal Poori ) with no onion garlic Aloo Curry ( Alu Tarakari ) :)
Ingredients :
No Onion Garlic Aloo Curry ( Alu Tarakari ) :
1. Boiled Pottao - 4 ( medium )
2. Tomato - 1 ( medium )
3. Crushed Ginger - 2 inch
4. Green Chilli - 1
5. Whole Spices ( Green Cardamom - 1 + Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch + Cloves - 2 )
6. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi ) - 1 tbsp
7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
8. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
9. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil - 2 tbsp
Dal Puri Recipe ( Dali Poori / Dal Poori ) :
1. Whole Wheat flour ( Atta ) - 2 bowl ( 250gm ) or as required
2. Yellow split Dal ( Moong Dal / Muga Dali ) - 1 bowl
3. Raw Semolina ( Sooji / Suji ) - 2 tbsp
4. Gram Flour ( Besan / Besana ) - 2 tbsp
5. Crushed Ginger - 2 inch
6. Green Chilli - 2 nos. or as required
7. Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
9. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
10. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
11. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil - 1 tbsp ( to knead the dough )
14. Oil for deep frying

Wow pure veg Moong dal poori, and Aloo curry recipe was looking extremely so beautiful. The moong dal poori is very puffy, very crispy, and perfect light brown in color. The crushed ginger, green chillies, dry fenugreek leaves, all type of spices make this poori very flavorful. The aloo curry recipe was very smooth in texture, and semi thick in consistency. The crushed ginger, green chilli, whole spices, and all type spices make this aloo tarkari very flavorful. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe on steel plate with aloo tarkari. Which was looking absolutely very attractive, and your presentation was absolutely very fabulous. I think this moong dal poori recipe is amazing combination with chhenna aloo tarkari, or channa masala.
