@snake3051 thanks for clearing that up my kids really want one and have found a reasonably priced one. Was trying to find budget friendly ways of saving grit cos its not cheap 😅

Honestly it's not really fake. This is literally how sea glass is made in the ocean
The real sea glass takes strength and ferocity from the sea. Fake sea glass is just pretty.
@@ImMarkiee this is such a nothing sentence and sentiment what next? Some dumb sentiment how artificial sand is soft?

Love how you uno reversed it 😂😂 like nature was like "no more sea glass for you" and you were like "AHAH more sea glass!!!"
Thank you for making it a 1 part video.
May your view count be blessed and your subscribers plentiful.
I like the blue colour it was before it was a pretty blue
The blue is gone
It probably wasn’t blue glass but glass with a film sprayed over it… that’s how they make coloured glass nowadays 😭
@@Ddalgiichigohey now they still make colored glass, just more expensive, as per usual with the finer things in life.
@@joeyr6907even very pricey items with "coloured glass" often times are only a film unfortunately.
I mean, you did only tumble it for literally 2 days-
That’s usually all the time it takes.
I don't know anything about tumbling.
Do you reuse the grit once it's dry again or does it only work once?
it breaks down when you tumble it into a sort of sludge, so you throw it out

Awww i liked the blue glass it look cool
I have the same mermaid cup! Down to the stubborn half peeled sticker! 😂 Glad it isn't just a me problem
Thank you for not making us wait until part two your doing gods work here
I love that you don't make a part 2❤❤❤❤❤
What happened to the blue?
it mightve been just on top of the glass rather than glass coloured blue originally

Last time life gave me broken glass i blead all over the house
Could used it for mosaics am a bit curious what a mosaic with resin as a sealer would turn out
Everything falling out of the jar hurt me
i wanna know how long it'll take to turn the glass matte
2-3 days in a rock tumbler with rock tumbling grit (stage 1), water, and powder soap/detergent. If you want really smooth & nice edges tumble longer.
@@Heathersrocks omg i need a tumbler lol. can you tumble seashells too or will they break?

If the sludge hardens, can you make mold sculptures out of it?🤔
Tumble the hardened grit!!!
Wow it chamged color too, how i always though the glass itself was a different color not like painted
When life's a few milk Benjamin lemon pie
What happened to the color? Honest question. I thought the vase was blue
It was some kind of coating on top instead of being actual pigment in the glass
Put it in longer
Just me or is sparking water, tv static and when you get pins and needles the same thing
Any. One tell me the name of that cleaning thingy name and were to get
you just needed to buy 40$ worth of gold then paste the glass together like a china vase
See if sand and salt water from the ocean works its just a thought
Maybe the glass thought you were going to break it because you broke lots of other glass 😊
Anyone else think she was gonna say crystal meth no ok just me bb-
İn my countrys culture its belived that when you break glass you get the karma out of you😂

Okey so she rhymed glass...with glass?

@mamy
I think it broke to show you it wasnt really blie glass.
No this is glass
Yes, faux sea glass
You should have tumbled that longer
Why not just look for real sea glass?
