Hi Nina! My dogs have been so happy with all of your puzzle toys. They get kibble for breakfast and are so excited to eat with their toys. My rescue dog had a big problem with eating in the mornings (he used to be fed only once a day, so he isn't very hungry in the morning). Once we started using your toys to feed him, he's barking and jumping because he's SO excited to eat in the morning!
My older poodle also loves them, she's very smart and I wasn't sure how to stimulate her brain without physically exercising her. Puzzles have totally changed her life! I just wanted to say thank you so so much for helping my pets live their best life.

Hi Kamila, we recommend to wash our puzzles by hand so not powder is stucked inside the puzzles, you can soak it in warn water and soap a while before you wash it.

My dogs think it’s equally fun to chew on the plastic parts of this. Any tips to get them to stop?

Hi, Here are some tips: 1) Put very tasty treats in the compartments, so that is more interesting then the plastic covers. 2) Play together and teach your dog to give you the plastic covers, one by one. 3) Freeze the puzzle by adding natural yogurt and something tasty in the compartments, licking has a calming effect on dogs, and dogs love frozen puzzles, and that can reduce the interest for the plastic covers.
