098765432qwertyuiop you dont use mercury to collect large size gold, it’s for fine, small gold. The only legal way to use mercury now is in a contained system so it doesnt pollute the streams. In the 1800’s and early 1900’s they used it right near the streams and got a bunch of it into the waterways. That’s where all of today’s mercury pollution came from. Luckily that was put to an end a long time ago.
I've watched every season of that Discovery Channel show Gold Rush and they've NEVER found a single nugget the size of even the smallest one on that table in the 3 years it's been on the air. I wonder if these guys watch that show and laugh their asses off at their rinky dink operation.
Just came back 2 years later to say this was a great watch, once again.

If you watch any of the gold shows, they filter gold with the principal that its heavier than the rock so it sinks to the bottom of their devces
Lucky, all of the gold found in the history of the world only would fill up two swimming pools. Good on you guys!
thats an excellent video.
Watch Tougher in Alaska. There was a complete rundown of the operation at Nolan Creek - Silverado Mines.
Wow.
Unbelievable! Some of those nuggets are probably worth two or three times melt value due to the rarity of large sized nuggets.
cool guys! Great video :)
It's okay buddy, I forgive you.

When does the permafrost go away? What does it take for a guy to get doing that up there?
