This class will help you improve your overall shoulder mobility and health. As yoga practitioners, we engage in a wide range of shoulder movements which can be at times tricky if you are experiencing tightness or strain.
The should joint, is a very mobile joint compared to other joints in our body. Due to its complexity, we need to be aware of our condition as far as tightness, tension, and overall impairment or loss of mobility. These conditions are often a result due to lifestyle, an injury, incorrect posture, sitting at computers and with phones and of which lead to aches and pains and even more serious issues such as nerve pain due to impingement, arthritis, frozen shoulder, and other nagging impingement. For yoga practitioners, there are many shoulder-opening postures that add to our health and enjoyment in our practice

I found this class to be beneficial to some tightness in the shoulder area. Using the strap to make a harness worked out wonderfully. I could feel the blades dropping as I tugged on the strap. Brilliant! Many thanks for another great class.

Can't see the black belt with black top pls can u wear a different colors so ican see the exactly how u put the belt pls humble request 🙏
Yes can do a separate video. In the meantime, bring each arm in like putting on like a jacket, loop the bottom loop up the top strap at the top of the shoulder. Make sure to adjust the strap to pull out the slack.. Pull the loop down. At this point you can thread an end of a 2nd strap up through the lopped strap. Buckle and lengthen so its long enough to sit on that end. Good luck. ❤️❤️
Ur an angel for us God bless you the people who don't know about yoga they won't understand and I am suffering autoimmune disease arthritis really painful for me sometimes iwant learn all ways so ican strengthen my body thank you mam thanks alot u help us alot in many ways in ur other vedios too 💛
Maybe use a white belt so we can see the belt on the shoulders..hard to see a black belt against a black t shirt

I had to abandon this class half way through as I did not have a long enough belt or ropes. Disappointed. Perhaps putting in the prop needs at the beginning would be a helpful idea. Also, when setting up the shoulder belt, black on your black shirt, I could not see what you were doing. Had to watch many times to comprehend without the visual. Maybe a white belt or a white shirt would be helpful.

Wearing a black strap on black shirt makes it almost impossible to follow. Maybe redo this very useful posture.🙏🏽
