It already has! I just checked the NOAA update and Dorian has already been downgraded to a cat 2 from a CAT5. That's a very good thing! The only downside is that it makes the storm larger so it could potentially impact more people more land area. The NOAA update said that it is battering Central Florida Atlantic Coast this evening. My brother will be getting it tomorrow and I am supposed to get it on Friday but I'm sure it will be down to next to nothing by then. Stay safe everyone!

Definitely recommend the matte eyeshadow sticks, especially in fig and taupe. Don't need to fuss that much, awesome staying power. I love scribbling fig all over my eyelid for a one and done look, blend out with a fluffy brush. They set quickly, so I work one eye at a time. Thanks for this video!

Love the Nudestix on you. Very natural. I’ve been using Nudestix for about 6 yrs now. I use the one that’s for lips and cheeks. Love the enclosed sharpener. It allows for minimal waste from sharpening. The mirror is an added bonus also. So this is a real go to product when I’m in a hurry to get out the door. One is a gel color in J Mamma a pretty glossy pink nude the other in the color in Sin which is deep pink shade. Very pretty when blended out over apples 🍎 of cheeks. There’s no scent or flavor which I love. Not into mint flavored lip products at all. So happy that your doing well. Love your family videos with your hubby and your 2 soon to be 3 gorgeous children. I really wish cosmetic companies would stop using Lavender in their products.. It's really not that great for your skin, can be allergenic and if you are sensitive to smells like myself (Lavender always gives me an "almost headache"... You know that feeling you get before you get a banger of a headache.. Yeah that) the lavender of course makes that flare up .. It sucks because I would consider trying these out for days when I go no make-up make-up.. But nope... Not even going to chance it.. But thanks for the video so now I know that there is lavender in the product.. Plus I always enjoy watching you no matter what you are trying out..

I think a person's preference on make up looks is paramount to whether or not they would like nudestix. If you're someone who likes full to medium coverage and eye looks with multiple shadows and liner and the whole shebang...nudestix is probably not for you. It's great for what I like to think of as "french girl make up." It's subtle and polished without looking too "done" or like you spent any time on it. It's good for when you want that effortlessly polished vibe where you aren't trying to cover every flaw, a one and done eye color with a touch of mascara. Quick and easy. It's probably not going to be a go-to brand for someone who wants to do a full beat or spend a ton of time on their make up.
Hi Emily! One technique I've found that works really well for cheek color with the Nudesticks is to swipe a good amount on back of hand and press a damp beauty blender jnto it and then press or pounce it onto the cheeks.
I'm obsessed with the Nudestix Nudies Bloom blush stick in 'Sweet Peach Peony'. Also love the matte cheek sticks in 'Bareback' & 'Bondi Bae'. The Lip Plumping Glace in shade 02 is the prettiest nude light pink. It's cool toned, but not too cool in tone. The colors shown online for the Lip Glace's don't represent them. The shades are all much better in person.
@Kristy Kelly honestly, I'd go with Benefit Dandelion (OG), Benefit Coralina, Hourglass Dim Infusion, Physician's Formula Butter Blush in both Plum Rose & Natural Glow. These are very fair, sheer to buildable formulas. Highly recommend to my fellow pasty queens. 🖤
Yes I am ready for the Pumpkin everything and the fall weather. I just redid my closet to bring out the longer sleeved tops and heavier pants. If it is to early I don't care, Summer can leave. I live near a beach and I am done with the traffic and noise.

Great video. I have a love/hate relationship with Nudestix. I love the products, but the ratio of packaging to product is very wasteful, and the prices are very high when you consider the small amount of product, less than many brands. Please do a brand review of Zoeva, now available from Ulta. I have an eye shadow palette and am very impressed!
They have a program now where they will send you a prepaid mailer to send back any unwanted tins and they will recycle them for you. I wish they had a program similar to MAC's "back to MAC" program with the tins where you got points with their bae rewards program or a free product. Maybe they already do, id have to look into it more but i did get the option to add a free prepaid mailer when i placed a recent order from them.
So I have very oily eyelids and couldn’t use anything but UD. In your recommendation I bought the Milani eye primer. It creased so bad UNTIL I let it dry out a bit. Now it’s awesome for my oily lids!

I used to own several Korean BB & CC Creams that came in a squeezy tube with a pump. The trick is to store it standing up on the lid and keep it mostly upright when pumping out, like a 45 degree angle at most
emily, i just got the bareminerals complexion rescue foundation stick and i am in LOVE. i'm so impressed with the coverage, ease of blend, and overall smoothness and natural feel of my skin afterward. it's perfect for me
Definitely love their blushes like you do. The Matte ones are the best because they are the most comfortable and last the longest. Try the color naughty n spice (darker mauve), sunkissed (actually better as a blush though intended as a bronzer), and those shadow sticks actually work best as eye liners as you yourself discovered! The solid colors, especially cocoa, is great for lining above and below the eyes and paired with a powder shadow makes for a super easy Smokey eye! Nudestix to me is totally hit or miss but their hits are complete and total staples in my collection! Fair girls like yourself love the bronzer in the shade bronzi bae but their darker bronzers are far too red-toned for me and look a bit crazy when used as a bronzer. Try bronzi bae and some of their other cheek colors! Shop the Black Friday sale, they go 40 perfect off!!

I'm glad you mentioned the cons about the eye sticks. I have the one in Fig. While I love the color, it creases quickly (I have oily skin) and i would like the convenience of a stick shadow without having to use primer. Great video!
Lisa Feldmann I discovered primer 15 years ago and it was a game changer. Bite the bulletin, take your medicine or whatever:-). Any shadow goes on better and lasts longer with primer. I love not having my eye shadow in the crease by afternoon. Elf makes a nice one. There are cream ones too. And your shadow stays. Powders especially can wear off.
I have been testing several products from Nudestix and have had the same issue with the shadow sticks! I have tried them (matte and shimmer shades) with a primer and without (because they say they do not budge even on oily lids) and every time, I have MAJOR creasing. I even notice that because I have more hooded eyes, it feels like my eyelid is sticking to the upper part of my lid all day long😳 I do, however, love the All Over Face color and the lip and cheek sticks. Great real and honest review as always!💖
I'm really glad this video came on the perfect time because that mini trio has been pending in my Sephora cart and I'm not gonna go through with it just because I don't think it's a good fit for me. That blush though on the other hand maybe I'll consider. I would love see a video of best cream products like best cream highlighter, best cream blushes (including serums and oils like the milk tinted oil color ones). You continuously motivate me to do my makeup every morning even if I work at home so thank you.

love the nudestix nudies! sunkissed makes for the prettiest faux sunburnt flush (the name is very appropriate haha), and bondi bae is great for a soft bronzer! I've also found that the magnetic matte eye pencils seem to be a bit creamier/easier to blend than the luminous ones, so those might be worth looking into if you're looking for great matte cream eyeshadows! 😊

I really appreciate your one brand focused videos. It is really helpful to hear your thoughts across the board on a brand, especially one like Nudestix, who has really carved out a niche for themselves with the pencil/crayon them and those tins...my fave Nudestix product is their brow stylus...their colors are on point, the brow gel is MAGNIFICENT! After trying numerous brow products from drugstore and high-end, I have used Nudestix exclusively for the last 2 years.

I am in my 60's and have had great results with the MATTE eye sticks - I use Nudity no creasing, long staying power and have found it plays really really well with powder shadows (I use it with my Emily Wants at least 3x a week - a great complimentary color for Eve or even Side Hustle!) . Ulta has the eye pencils BOGO-1/2 w/current 21 days of beauty sale. My beef is all the packaging. They need to sell a starter & then just the stix. I have way too many of the tins & sharpeners & would rather pay less! I have TONS of their lipstix & LOVE all their formulas; great for travel & multipurpose. Love a natural easy makeup look; great quality too❤️

That lip color was gorgeous. The color was gorgeous and it looked rich and vibrant. I'm running and buying it. I've been looking for lip color for months. I like matte but I'm tired of it. I want the traditional lipsticks but that's where price pint shows. I could use a lip plumper that wasn't a gloss. Gorgeous. Now that's feminine. Not sexy or "come one" but feminine. I don't know if that's clear. I don't know how it'll be on thin lips. I wish there were a plumper that wasn't a lip glass. Thank you for this video. I have been watching you for about a year. I do not Ike the full coverage make up. It's not human-no one is perfect. I love to laugh at the males on the news programs without beards. That foundation is perfect. This summer I was looking for a tinted moisturizer or lighter foundation that did something for my skin. Nothing in my price range. I never put Nudestick eye colors on with a brush. Thanks for the tip. I wear glasses so I need to wear eye liner. I got Immortal in a box two years ago. I didn't know what it was. I put it on as a liner. It was creamy so I moved it and added some more. I love it. It's my go to color for eyes. The colors for lips an cheeks are beautiful but don't stay on lips for more than five minutes. The magnetic lip colors are dry. I've learned so much from you and the world has changed - I'm old - from when MUAs and hair people weren't nice. Odd how we are connected all over the world and don't know where the other people are, look like but it all works.
The eye sticks are perfect for one eyeshadow looks. The matte formula stays in place without an eye primer; you actually have to work fast or you’ll have a hard time blending. The other eye stick formulas work well w an eye primer for me, specifically the original Urban Decay eye primer.
I love nudestix! It's my go-to summer makeup brand, as well as my natural makeup days brand. I have the blur stick, i just use it where i think I need a little coverage. I have a few bronzer and blush shades. My favorite is the illuminaughty highlight! I am a fan of the shadow sticks, too.
Twilight and nudity are my favorite one and done colors. They do better without primer for me. That instapop brush is the best for these. I also like the elf small stipple brush for the face products.
I like the lip and eye sticks that I own. I wondered about the concealer stick... if it was waxy thick like ones I remember from years ago. I too love the ease of a pencil concealer. Thank you Emily!
I love their cream bronzer! I use the color bondi bae and it's amazing. I use my elf beautifully bare blending brush to apply it and its perfect! Please try that brush and bronzer if you get a chance! The brush is like $6 in target so no harm in trying!
itsbrittglow Lavender is good for oily skin. Don't just put the oil on. Try a lavender-based product first. I wouldn't recommend putting the oil on directly. After whatever acne treatment you use, moisturizer is needed or you get scars drying the skin out. Then put two drops of the oil, warm in hands, and press into face.Make sure it's carrier oil and not essential oil. Anyway you have a great leave in conditioner or pre-shampoo conditioner.
Wow! I knew virtually nothing about these products and I absolutely loved this video. Having more mature skin, I really appreciated the naturalness of the products. I love the lip product and I will definitely be trying that. Also, liked the preciseness of the concealer and would like to try that as well.
The final look reminded me of late 90s-early aughts. Great for Fall. I agree with the blending of the eye shadow sticks. It takes more tugging than I like.

I loveeee the gel color lip + cheek balms (specifically pulse)! I also adore Bondi bae (my everyday bronzer; and I agree if you blend with a brush it's much more flawless) and pretty much any of their nudies blush/bronze/bloom sticks. The cream lip + cheek pencil (specifically mystic) is also great and I recently got the blur stick and my skin has never look more flawless, especially on camera (I literally thought I had a filter on or just realllllyyyyy good lighting but I think it was that product)!
Love Bondi Bae for bronzer with my ELF stipple brush. Also like Naughty N' Spice as a blush. Have not tried anything else yet. Use my Benefit Shy Beam for highlighter. Since turning 50, the texture factor has gone up quite a bit. I have been liking the way cream products have been sitting on my skin better than powder options. Have not been as brave with stick eye shadows. Only Lancome sticks and a few from Mally at this point. Thank you for doing this video. Very anticipated and informative. Mary (Not Kurt)

I love my blush in Sunset Strip, but I’m so put off by their pricing. I think it’s so steep for what you get. I really love the Milk Makeup bronzer and it’s a way better value.

Definitely love their blushes like you do. The Matte ones are the best because they are the most comfortable and last the longest. Try the color naughty n spice (darker mauve), sunkissed (actually better as a blush though intended as a bronzer), and those shadow sticks actually work best as eye liners as you yourself discovered! The solid colors, especially cocoa, is great for lining above and below the eyes and paired with a powder shadow makes for a super easy Smokey eye! Nudestix to me is totally hit or miss but their hits are complete and total staples in my collection! Fair girls like yourself love the bronzer in the shade bronzi bae but their darker bronzers are far too red-toned for me and look a bit crazy when used as a bronzer. Try bronzi bae and some of their other cheek colors! Shop the Black Friday sale, they go 40 perfect off!!

I'm glad you mentioned the cons about the eye sticks. I have the one in Fig. While I love the color, it creases quickly (I have oily skin) and i would like the convenience of a stick shadow without having to use primer. Great video!
Lisa Feldmann I discovered primer 15 years ago and it was a game changer. Bite the bulletin, take your medicine or whatever:-). Any shadow goes on better and lasts longer with primer. I love not having my eye shadow in the crease by afternoon. Elf makes a nice one. There are cream ones too. And your shadow stays. Powders especially can wear off.
I have been testing several products from Nudestix and have had the same issue with the shadow sticks! I have tried them (matte and shimmer shades) with a primer and without (because they say they do not budge even on oily lids) and every time, I have MAJOR creasing. I even notice that because I have more hooded eyes, it feels like my eyelid is sticking to the upper part of my lid all day long😳 I do, however, love the All Over Face color and the lip and cheek sticks. Great real and honest review as always!💖

I'm really glad this video came on the perfect time because that mini trio has been pending in my Sephora cart and I'm not gonna go through with it just because I don't think it's a good fit for me. That blush though on the other hand maybe I'll consider. I would love see a video of best cream products like best cream highlighter, best cream blushes (including serums and oils like the milk tinted oil color ones). You continuously motivate me to do my makeup every morning even if I work at home so thank you.

love the nudestix nudies! sunkissed makes for the prettiest faux sunburnt flush (the name is very appropriate haha), and bondi bae is great for a soft bronzer! I've also found that the magnetic matte eye pencils seem to be a bit creamier/easier to blend than the luminous ones, so those might be worth looking into if you're looking for great matte cream eyeshadows! 😊

I really appreciate your one brand focused videos. It is really helpful to hear your thoughts across the board on a brand, especially one like Nudestix, who has really carved out a niche for themselves with the pencil/crayon them and those tins...my fave Nudestix product is their brow stylus...their colors are on point, the brow gel is MAGNIFICENT! After trying numerous brow products from drugstore and high-end, I have used Nudestix exclusively for the last 2 years.

Thank you - I had asked for a Nudestix review...and this amazing. I am in my 60's and have had great results with the MATTE eye sticks - I use Nudity no creasing, long staying power and have found it plays really really well with powder shadows (I use it with my Emily Wants at least 3x a week - a great complimentary color for Eve or even Side Hustle!) . ENJOYED THIS! To anyone in this wonderful community from FL thru to NC - good luck. And many prayers for those in the Bahamas..

Ulta has the eye pencils BOGO-1/2 w/current 21 days of beauty sale. My beef is all the packaging. They need to sell a starter & then just the stix. I have way too many of the tins & sharpeners & would rather pay less! I have TONS of their lipstix & LOVE all their formulas; great for travel & multipurpose. Love a natural easy makeup look; great quality too❤️

I feel terrible for everyone affected in the Bahamas. Having been through several hurricanes, I still cant even imagine how terrible going through a prolonged hit like that had to be. 😥

That lip color was gorgeous. The color was gorgeous and it looked rich and vibrant. I'm running and buying it. I've been looking for lip color for months. I like matte but I'm tired of it. I want the traditional lipsticks but that's where price pint shows. I could use a lip plumper that wasn't a gloss. Gorgeous. Now that's feminine. Not sexy or "come one" but feminine. I don't know if that's clear. I don't know how it'll be on thin lips. I wish there were a plumper that wasn't a lip glass.

I got Immortal in a box two years ago. I didn't know what it was. I put it on as a liner. It was creamy so I moved it and added some more. I love it. It's my go to color for eyes. The colors for lips an cheeks are beautiful but don't stay on lips for more than five minutes. The magnetic lip colors are dry.

You were generous to invite the public in when your daughter was climbing up the stairs one day. Emily, thank you for sharing the joy of your pregnancy, with your husband, and not just announcing it. Odd how we are connected all over the world and don't know where the other people are, look like but it all works.
The eye sticks are perfect for one eyeshadow looks. The matte formula stays in place without an eye primer; you actually have to work fast or you’ll have a hard time blending. The other eye stick formulas work well w an eye primer for me, specifically the original Urban Decay eye primer.
I love nudestix! It's my go-to summer makeup brand, as well as my natural makeup days brand. I have the blur stick, i just use it where i think I need a little coverage. I have a few bronzer and blush shades. My favorite is the illuminaughty highlight! I am a fan of the shadow sticks, too.

I love their cream bronzer! I use the color bondi bae and it's amazing. I use my elf beautifully bare blending brush to apply it and its perfect! Please try that brush and bronzer if you get a chance! The brush is like $6 in target so no harm in trying!
I enjoy the nudestix eyesticks for quick, neutral, and easy looks. I don’t love fussing with palettes so the sticks are more my speed.
Ugh. Lavender oil is horrible for skin. It’s legit perfume, bad for acne and sensitive skin 100% of the time.

itsbrittglow Lavender is good for oily skin. Don't just put the oil on. Try a lavender-based product first. I wouldn't recommend putting the oil on directly. After whatever acne treatment you use, moisturizer is needed or you get scars drying the skin out. Then put two drops of the oil, warm in hands, and press into face.Make sure it's carrier oil and not essential oil. Anyway you have a great leave in conditioner or pre-shampoo conditioner.
itsbrittglow Sensitive skin does well with rose hip oil. Maybe it's time to see a doctor.
Good to know. I think Dermatologists (Dr Dray) would agree. I like some fragrance. No fragrance ends up smelling stale after a while.

Wow! I knew virtually nothing about these products and I absolutely loved this video. Having more mature skin, I really appreciated the naturalness of the products. I love the lip product and I will definitely be trying that. Also, liked the preciseness of the concealer and would like to try that as well.
The final look reminded me of late 90s-early aughts. Great for Fall. I agree with the blending of the eye shadow sticks. It takes more tugging than I like.

I loveeee the gel color lip + cheek balms (specifically pulse)! I also adore Bondi bae (my everyday bronzer; and I agree if you blend with a brush it's much more flawless) and pretty much any of their nudies blush/bronze/bloom sticks. The cream lip + cheek pencil (specifically mystic) is also great and I recently got the blur stick and my skin has never look more flawless, especially on camera (I literally thought I had a filter on or just realllllyyyyy good lighting but I think it was that product)!

Love Bondi Bae for bronzer with my ELF stipple brush. Also like Naughty N' Spice as a blush. Have not tried anything else yet. Use my Benefit Shy Beam for highlighter. Since turning 50, the texture factor has gone up quite a bit. I have been liking the way cream products have been sitting on my skin better than powder options. Have not been as brave with stick eye shadows. Only Lancome sticks and a few from Mally at this point. Thank you for doing this video. Very anticipated and informative. Mary (Not Kurt)
