Must be difficult facing a double attack. Diversion works brilliantly for herd, flock and shoal prey animals - the predator loses focus just before hitting its intended target, gets distracted by a neighbouring animal (or bird/fish/whatever) and ends up getting nothing. Ragin(g) Scotsman did well, behaving like a big cat, staying fixed on a single target no matter what else is happening around it. In a way, the twin bots would be more effective if they were almost identical - their opponent wouldn't know which one was which, adding to the confusion and diluting the effectiveness of its charges. Interesting stuff. Thanks for the upload!

That would probably be worse for the twin bots' drivers. After the bots scramble around a bit in a mosh, you could screw up bad if you think you're driving the other bot.

This is an awesome fight! Just because there aren't any huge spinner hits....

@@robotfightclub8349 IMO, push-bot fights are better when there are box hazards, since that gives the drivers something to avoid and try to use control to get their opponents into. In a box like this, they just tend to mosh with each other and can't really do much (though in this particular fight Scotsman was able to use mass to advantage).
