help me. after i published and it showed an edit button. how can i remove edit button. because anyone can edit my site. i don't want anyone to edit my site. please help.
@@sopheakke1516No worries, only you can see the edit button and that's because you are signed into your Google account. Seems you are new to this.
@@sopheakke1516 Could it be possible that only you see the edit button? Because then you must try to view your website on another computer to see if it is still on your site. If you don't see it anymore then just log out of Google. But i am not sure if that is the solution

@@StewartGauld may I ask a question however, I built a google site last year and I just done another one now, used your video to update myself on any best practices or whatever I did not know before now.
The question is, I want to import the pages of the one I created last year and merge it into or somehow use the pages in the new one.
The other challenge is that I built them on 2 different Google account profiles both of which is me.

Welcome! Not exactly, yes for a blog, no for ads, yes for affilate. I suggest using Wix or WordPress.

I share that information inside! If you don’t need a transparent image upload JPG 80% quality. However, for cover images try use PNG but keep the image under 100kb

Yes you can use both options. I would stick to Google Sites built in feature.

When I put my custom button into Google sites. and resize it, then I put it into. the place where you put your shop now. image explodes. the size of the picture to be really big and it looks really ugly and goofy. @@StewartGauld Hello, no, I don't know much about Google. I have now inserted my table with Excel into Word and converted it into a PDF and then uploaded and inserted it.
I have already created a website through notepad on my computer. I am able to copy the codes from the html file but it won't fully work without a proper link to the .css file that I created. I tried uploading the .css file to my google drive and tried to make it accessible but it still doesn't work and won't provide me with a proper address link to the .css file so that I can put the address in the html code and have it work correctly. Please help.
