  • Follow me and ‪@corneliusclaesson‬ along on a day as Winter Hut Warden above the Artic Circle. To be more specific at the hut Alesjaure along the famous trail Kungsleden in northern Sweden.
    What do we need to do from day to day and how does a hut like this work?
    I hope you guys will enjoy this story as much as I did,
    Cheers Emma

    Beautiful and greetings from the west of Ireland - lovely positivity and the reality of the arctic circle and the logistics of life and thrash!

    I think it was at Alesjaure that the warden tried to persuade me to use the sauna. I love that part of the world and many aspects of Swedish culture but saunas aren't one of them. Thanks by the way for all the efforts with the food because I buy it from huts when I am out there. I always enjoy your videos, so thanks.

      @@EmmaaNilss I will split my 3 week into different regions, with a focus on the "middle" of Sweden and not further north then the area around Solleftea. At least that is the plan right now.

      @@wholesomegamer that sounds like a good plan, every part of swedeb has their charm but watch common for all parts are that they are beautiful! I love the forests we got as well and they are much better a bit more South than this! I think you will enjoyed your stay

      @@EmmaaNilss I was in Sweden once before and really looking forward to visiting it again with enough time to explore. If my channel will ever create enough revenue I even plan on buying a nice, remote house there - house-prices in Sweden are crazy low compared to other European countries.

    Hej,
    Igen, ett mycket intressant reportage. Nästa gång att jag besöker Sverige ska jag komma till Tjäkja. Jag vill se platsen med mina egna ögon.
    Må det bra !

    Ännu en bra video. Konstigt hur mycket öl som behövs. Fast jag erkänner att jag köpte öl ibland och var tacksam för att den fanns där. Det där med att folk lämnar sin skräp är väldigt irriterande. Jag vet att många inte tänker på det. De är så vana vid att någon annan tar hand om det. Jag har haft samtal med folk som sedan sett till att deras avfall bärs av dem. De helt enkelt hade tänkte på storleken av problemet.

    • @EmmaaNilss
      @EmmaaNilss  Před rokem +1

      Ja det går åt en del öl gör det. Tänker att faktumet att det finnns en bastu också hjälper till med försäljningen. Jag väljer att tro att det är personer som inte vet hur sophanteringen fungerar i fjällen som lämnar sitt skräp, därför tog jag med det i videon i hopp om att sprida kunskapen än mer :)

    • @EmmaaNilss
      @EmmaaNilss  Před rokem +1

      The deer let go of their antlers at a specific time of the year and then if you walk of the beaten track its hard to not see one. The ones you see in the video is a collection of hut wardens and guests that has found antlers and donated them to the hut! I think they are beautiful !!
