Gardening is SO great for your health - physically, mentally, nutritionally. My grandparents & great grandparents grew their own (great grands even raised some animals for food).I've only been into it for 10 years or so but it's one of the best things I've done in my life & for my family.

Hello Dr Bobby. You’re a GEM. I recently discovered your video on CZcams and now I can’t it enough of you. I think what you’re doing is very admirable. There isn’t anything like living food. I grew up in the 60’s…70’s …80’s eating things that grew in the ground on trees and the like. Today I’m 67 and am very energetic… I don’t take any form of vitamins, I never have.I get all my nutrients from natural foods. I haven’t any lifestyle diseases. Also our mindset, how we live, treat people and pray. Your videos are very informative. We also grow , bananas, pomegranate, soursop. Mangoes, paw paw and the like. Seasonal and organic.

Dr. Bobby, I was diagnosed with H-Pylori and doctors prescribed Antibiotics: Amoxicillin 500mg ✨2 capsules (TWICE a day) Clarithromycin 500mg ✨1-tablet (TWICE daily) and Omeprazole 20mg 1 Capsule -30 minutes before breakfast & 1 Capsule -30 minutes before dinner. And I incorporate fermented foods into my diet. ( Also I went from 237 lbs to about 196 lbs in 1 year unintentional weight loss) Weight just dropping 😢 Question: Can antibiotics harm the microbiomes in my gut & if so do the fermented foods help? Also diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia. Can I stop the antibiotics & do herbs only 🤔 Any suggestions? ( Please do a video on these matters) thank you! 🙏🏾
H-pylori can be difficult to get rid of. Keep taking the medicine the doctor gave you. You can also drink rosemary and cloves tea and eat fresh aloe vera. Myself also had this bacteria and after treatment and eating less fatty food, I lost a lot of weight.
