Area 51 might be an unusual case, but in an emergency you can land at a military airfield if you can convince the air traffic control for the airfield that you have a genuine emergency and can't make it anywhere else... Shooting at civilians is generally frowned upon, but it does happen.

Ok so actually with modern polarized lenses in sunglasses it can blank out the LED displays in glass cockpits so you actually have to wear special sunglasses so you can see your instruments. Also aviators were green tinted because in the high altitude bombers and fighters during WWII they figured out you’d be seeing different UV bands because of the thinner atmosphere
Sreelaja Gopikrishna Yeah it isn’t a problem when you fly “steam gauges” (conventional mechanical instruments) but with the digital displays you can have an issue where the sunglasses block that wavelength of light and all you see is a black screen. I learned this by getting a good scare when I put my glasses on and thought my electrical panel had failed while flying.
