INCREDIBLE VIDEO!! I'm 2 months with a transplant and my labs are awesome! They only asked me to drink a diet coke to get my phoprous a little up but other than that , that's it. I walk 3 times a week 2-4 miles. I I never had high blood pressure nor i dont have diabetes so i only take transplant medications. They didn't know why my kidneys failed, but m grateful to God for this new beginning!

March 14th I made 10 years I praying for 100 more years to come. I have never missed a drs appointment. I try to eat healthy control my blood pressure no high blood pressure and I exercise not every day but I do from time to time I am vaccinated and I’ve been with the same specialist since 2005.

@@Ind-ps2mj Sure I can! So, I basically eat the same foods people with diabetes eat which is a great diet for Renal Failure/Post-Transplant patients. If you get off track which is normal just brush yourself off and get back to business.😀 1. Eat plenty of berries (strawberries, blueberries etc….
2. Salad 🥗 with chicken 🐔
3. Whole Wheat Bread
4. Fish, Turkey… veggies
5. Sugar Free drinks water water water
6. Snacks: light popcorn 🍿, fruits, just a few ideas… eat plenty bell peppers 🫑 onions 🧅 garlic raw or sautéed, onion powder garlic powder….basically common sense foods ( nutritional value) don’t deprive yourself but eat in moderation and exercise (walking) at your leisure nothing stressful just live life and enjoy your new life and a healthy lifestyle!!!😊 CONGRATULATIONS ON YA TRANSPLANT!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾😊

Affcource you can do upper body excercise when do lower body you should be little altert

After one month Kidney Transplant my Tac trough level is 18.76, taking PanGraf 5.5 mg twice. Now my Nephrologist reduced to 5mg twice. Is it ok Sir?
From what i know after 1 month they try to keep the tac level between 7 to 12 for 2-3months

@@wasted0778 yes but depends on what you are eating... make sure whatever you order is freshly cooked. Say if u are ordering burgers, the lettuce they use are already cut and kept in the open so better avoid those or anything that is kept in the open for long as it might cause food poisoning

You should avoid protein shakes. Eat natural foods like eggs, chicken and lentils which will be better for your kidneys.

It will make you nauseated. Always take prednisone with food. I know from personal experience. I take it everyday.
Never take prednisone on an empty stomach 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ as for me it takes me a whole day to recover!😂
