- This spiced pumpkin bread will remind you of the Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf. The perfect taste to get you in the mood for fall. đ đ
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
* 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon cloves
* 1/4 teaspoon allspice
* 1 1/2 cups sugar
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 1/3 cup water
* 1 cup canned pumpkin
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup pepitas (sunflower seeds)
Instructions:
* Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
* In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
* In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, water, pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
* Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
* Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with the pepitas, pressing them slightly into the batter.
* Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
* Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

No, itâs perfect without seeds. I just put the seeds on top because thatâs pretty much how they do it at Starbucks but itâs delicious on its own.

Haha! That's a typing error! The title had the right type of seeds in them and I mentioned the right kind of seeds in the video, but when I typed it out, I just had pumpkin too much on my mind. đ It's fixed now. Thanks for mentioning it so I can correct it in the typed version of the recipe.
