I found out my grandparents and great grandparents were Haitian my mom and other relatives never told me this info she just passed and now my Auntie is about to pass too she told me about the family history and it's the same way on my pops side too. Funny how I always listen to island music and French or Kreole HipHop My pop renamed me at age 16 to Christophe I never knew why. I just naturally love Haiti I donated money to the big earthquake also Katrina storm survivors cause my heart was in pain for the people. Someone told me to study my name I got this thru out the years they suggested I read the Haitian Rebellion and other books it was a really good read I fell in love with my name. I used to not like it because people made fun of it now I wish you would lol but that was in my teen years anyway I really need to learn creole thanks for the vids.
