    We are continuing on the Boston Qualifying journey. The last marathon took my time down by 42 minutes. We go again, build again, TRY again!

    Target Time - Closer to that magical 3.30 - 3.35

    I had to pause for a few seconds, but I worked out the Penguin joke 🐧😎
    Doing a cut back myself this week, really nice to freshen up the legs a little. Great job on the sub 50 10k! 🎉🏅

      The 9 mile family cycle loop, plus a bit of an extra loop from the Forest of Dean spring half ☺️

    Have you said what time your aiming for at Newport?

      Not sure what time goal or if I will be putting a time on it when I do run it yet. But definitely aiming for better than current PB 4:03 and chipping some time off to get closer to Boston Qualifying (3:35) 😊

      @@KellogsOnTheRun I was aiming for 3:30, but thinking 3:45 might be a more realistic target for me at Newport. I'll see how training goings before the 16th, would still be a PB whichever time.
