  • Experience travel in Munnar, Kerala in the south of India with my friendly Autowala, who took me to all the best spots in Munnar town and surrounds. This is a beautiful part of the world with so much to see and do - you really should travel to Kerala if you get the chance!
In this video we try banana chips in Kerala, as well as check out a real Indian market in the village of Munnar Town. We also search for the perfect view in this hill station paradise.
If you loved this one, here's another (one of my favourite videos I've made) where we explore more of Munnar!: • I Didn't Expect India ...

If you are in India, you should definitely explore the breathtaking destinations and experiences it has to offer. Begin your journey by visiting the mesmerizing Lakshadweep Islands, for which you can obtain a permit from Kerala. These islands boast pristine beaches, coral reefs, and crystal-clear waters, providing untouched beauty to behold.
After exploring Kerala and Lakshadweep, make your way to the historical city of Hampi in the state of Karnataka. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for its ancient ruins, temples, and monuments that offer a glimpse into the glorious past of the Vijayanagara Empire. Strolling through the ruins and marveling at the intricate carvings is a truly mesmerizing experience.
From Karnataka, head to the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu and embark on a journey to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These islands are renowned for their untouched beauty, crystal-clear waters, and stunning beaches. Whether you want to relax on the shores, indulge in water sports, or explore the vibrant marine life through snorkeling or scuba diving, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands have it all.
Now, it's time to venture north to the majestic Himalayas. Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Ladakh are the gems of this mountainous region. Ladakh, in particular, stands out as a unique and breathtaking destination. Make sure to visit Pangong Tso Lake, with its ever-changing hues of blue, and the remote Phugtal Monastery, nestled amidst dramatic cliffs. Don't miss the exhilarating drive across Khardung-la Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world.
In Himachal Pradesh, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Parvati Valley, the tranquility of Kangra Valley, and the rugged landscapes of Spiti Valley. Experience the charm of Tirthan Valley and explore offbeat destinations like Malana, known for its distinct culture. The hill stations of Kufri, Kasol, and Bir Billing offer breathtaking views and adventure activities like paragliding.
Uttarakhand beckons with the captivating Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the serene town of Auli, perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Discover the spiritual aura of places like Devprayag, Haridwar, and the holy shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath. The pristine beauty of Chopta and the remote Nelong Valley will leave you spellbound.

Trust me, we have about 20 other places we want to see so badly in India but we are just simply running out of time 😂 We had to leave Munnar to get to Mumbai in time for an IPL match (next video 😉) so unfortunately we didn’t get much time there. Don’t worry, we already planned on returning to Kerala and the surrounds before we even left 😂
I’ll be back one day! 🙏🏻

reason foreigners like Munnar and places like that because they are not huge like Delhi or Mumbai. most of the foreigners visit big cities and believe whole India is like that. population density of India is in 3 digits where population density in big cities like Delhi and Mumbai are in 5 digits. with so much population so is the negative things come with them. world think of India is chaotic loud dirty polluted overpopulated n others- those things are at their very peak in the big cities where most foreigners visit. Indian villages where most the country's population lives are very different.

I totally understand how life differs from people in the cities and out in the villages etc, even from the northern cities to the southern ones! I have seen many channels just fly into Delhi and do the golden triangle and leave, so that’s all they see of India. I hope they explore some more in the future like I have! ☺️

Josie you are really a friendly person. You get along with people very easily and fast. Most of the keralites are like you. It's a blessed thing that not showing arrogane or prejudice. Aussies are very loving, humble, smily and laughy. But you should be cautious about some people charging more charges for taxi, jeep, autorickshaw ride and some drug addicts and drug selling people.
