This was great, I been tryin to find out about "back leg muscles exercises" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Niyaden Niybigail Blaster - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

Just what I was looking for! Nice ABS exercises!
For the general ABS exercise you showed in the end, crunch, lateral crunch, V-sit etc, how many reps and set do you suggest?

Thanks, antaresky86, glad you like it!
Good question, in general, you should aim for LIGHT soreness the next day, meaning when you train you should feel a good burn in the muscles, but don't take it too far, especially if you're just starting out or haven't trained that muscle group recently. Typically 45 sec to 1 min per exercise (around 20 reps), 15 to 45 sec rest in between, one to three sets of each, 3 to 5 different exercises per workout. But again, it really depends on your current fitness level, as well as the time you have to train. Always go progressively. Hope this helps. - Patrick

Thanks for the reply, very useful! Usually I do about 40 reps per set, for 5 set, with classic sit-ups, crunch, and V-sit. This week I will try your "menù", and check my status afterward. Thanks! - Andrew
