- Steve Harvey's Miss Universe blunder will live in infamy, and ET spoke with the official winner, Pia Wurtzbach, who is still disappointed by the the mix-up.
I love Pia, and I´m from Colombia.
She seems like such a kind soul 😍
I don't follow Miss Universe at all since the idea of beauty pageants disgusts me, but the more I hear and see of Pia the more I fall in love with her. She is so much more than outer beauty. She's intelligent, kind, generous and humble. She's been a class act throughout all of this. She's using her voice to raise awareness and make a real difference in the world.
When pia started to talk, my eyes can't get off of her. She is captivating. Full of class and substance
She defines the true meaning of beauty; it's not just about your pretty face with fancy or glittery clothes and make-up on, but how you are able to manifest your beautiful heart and mind. It just glows outwardly, and Pia is able to do that.
A "shared crown"? Now that'd be the "GREAT INJUSTICE". Ms. Philippines truly deserved to be THE REAL WINNER that night with her regal beauty, elegance, and most importantly, her intelligence. As Don Lemon of CNN said: "You're not only a beautiful young lady, but you're also very intelligent... very smart..."
Pia is one of the most balanced Ms. Universe ever. She can be funny, sweet, kind, gentle, smart, but also not be a pushover. I get the sense that if I meet her I'd easily feel comfortable.

Ariadna couldn't do a third of what Pia does and yet she's still out here calling her a "ghost" 5 years after that event... I will forever be grateful that this girl didn't win, imagine if we didn't have the gem that Pia is as a MU... such a smart and great person ❤️
