It's kind of funny that Kacie, who was the only sister with the "Would be happy to have a child trait" was the one to get kicked out while her sisters, who had the "don't want to have a child right now trait" stayed behind to watch them

Yellow and Blue share a hair colour, Blue and Pink share a face and Pink and Yellow share a body shape. Definitely not identical but I would say potentially like siblings.

@@juliashirokova8374yeah, they are cousins, though i think that since the kids' parents are genetically identical, each of the kids should be too. this would mean that, technically, the kids are "siblings," but are also cousins, if that makes any sense.

@@pyroteknikal144you are absoultely correct. While physically cousins, because of them being the offspring of identicals [twins, triplets, etc], genetically they are siblings, and often genetically seen as identical siblings; even though they are technically cousins. 😂
Have you done an experiment where the triplets have kids with the same man? I wonder if the game would make them more similar because they register as siblings

i've noticed that sometimes sims will get physical traits from their grandparents!
Scary fact : the sims uses GROWN people to sound effect the sims, the dogs, the cats, etc. so when you hear the baby crying just know it’s a grown man/woman
Yes! One of the guys I dated for a while was a voice over artist and he could do a scarily accurate baby cry. He did it in public a few times and it scared people 😂
I feel like the using different colour swatches for their outfits would be helpful in these 😂😂 was so confused but along for the ride

Yep identical twins or triplets, identical DNA. The times this happened in real life kids look similar. As they are genetic siblings.

None of your video's are pointless, not in the viewers eyes that's for sure. I for one, among many enjoy them, they bring on giggles to out and out laughter. Not only of what you have as conversations with your sims in the third person and such. But also of the content. THE ROLEPLAY SCENARIOS IM CRYING 😭😭😭
Pink and Yellow have the same lips. Pink and Blue have the same nose and eyes-shape (but blue has bigger eyes). The more you look the more you can see the similarities. Yellow ended up getting more of her dad's features than her cousins.

There is a set of twins that married and had babies with another set of twins. Their children are identical and biologically they are brothers even tho legally they are cousins

This is an interesting and important experiment, especially considering the sims 2 had the baby cloned face issue where the first baby born in any game session would have the exact same features, so if you restarted the game between pregnancies at all your kids would all have the same face. This is because the "randomization" feature of the game for genetics actually wasn't random and worked in a sequence. It's good to put the game through its paces to see what it will do.
Also, weird question - do you have these three in the gallery? I am working on my 100 baby challenge and this heir is attracted to women, so it'd be fun to see how similar their kids look to one another.

I didn’t try this with triplets but I did try this with twins and the kids came out looking exactly like each other so I guess it’s more of a luck of the draw with the DNA but I still love this experiment. I even saw this experiment done in real life, which was also really cool.

As of playing all the legacy challanges, I learned A LOT about sims. Of course using mods to make gameplay more playabble but the fact these triplets aren't the same is because of something called genetics. Given through WooHooing.
I mean technically if this were real life, they wouldn't be identical either. However, they would look like siblings more than cousins. Which is more than sims where they look completely unrelated lol.

It was like one set of twins and another set of twins got married and both had children at the same time. And because of their parents the kids (even though they were technically cousins) had the same genetics as if they were siblings. It’s kinda strange.

I've made the same experience with my sims and their children were so similar that they looked twins, I guess it's very random, but it can happen!!
I did something just like this, like four days ago but with twins, because I read about twins marrying other twins, and having identical babies, but then two of the twins that weren’t together, started flirting with each other I think they got confused about which twin they were dating 😂

U should do the video of triplets have triplets n then they have triplets to see if they look anything alike
You can go into CAS if you have more than 8 sims as long as you only do it through MCCC. It takes you to CAS only on the Sim you select so it is a bit of a pain but it does work. But I would save first just in case.

I actually did this recently!Had each of the couple have twins. A boy and a girl to see how similar they looked. they didn't look that much similar to the others , only to their own twin. I even tried with each couple having twin girls. Again they looked so different from the other couple's twins.

I think irl they would be cousins but also siblings. So siblings can look very different.

It wasn't a pointless video. It shows me that the creators didn't spend anytime on creating a genetic system that makes sense.
Those three are genetic siblings irl, and I think they do look like siblings. I will address them by dress color instead of name because I don't really know which is which.
1Pink has their mom's hair while yellow and blue have their dad's hair
2All three appear to have the same head shape
3pink and blue have the shape of their mom's eyes while yellow has dad's
4 pink and yellow have the same body type Likely from their mom while blue got her body type from dad
5 all necks are the same
6 nose appears to be exactly the same across all three
7 would be eye color, but I can't see that while I'm writing this, so based on my observations with Sims Genetics, these sims are, in fact, siblings. Try long enough and have enough children with one couple of the triplets and you will have a similar result. It just takes longer than the way you did it

so it seems you got 1 girl more like Mum, than another more like Dad and than the other is a mixure which is funny and very possible for even sisters with the same parents to look very different (so you where unlucky in this but also lucky since you got to see what all their kids would look like)
I once did a family and I made Tara Scott have lots of babies with different fathers but Joaquin was dead

I did something similar once it was like 2 identical sims like a clone of one of sim and then the clone of her husband and I got the two original sims to have a baby together and the clones to have one….i thought the child would be the same but it wasn’t I had both have twins one boy and one girl but the clones children looked different to the original sims children even though the parents were the same sims just taken from the gallery twice and merged into the same family

i had same problem with witch clone the clone kept showing prego bump even thou i made her unable to get pregnant
changing outfit removed the bump so maybe has to do with being same outfit and some sim coding that is same from being a copy of sim

You can just copy them.

What if..... your sims have triplets and then use those triplets to test the experiment. I think because your triplets were made in CAS, it might not have recognized the resemblance and DNA
