Would you say 60 is enough. Im debating if getting 60 or 120

Depending on what you want to use them for, a set of 36 is a good choice. It’s largely sufficient for layering and getting nice shades. If you have enough money to spare or find a good bargain, go for the 120. Opening that box of the full range is very satisfying. To tell you the truth, I usually work with even less than 36 colours, but I do like having the full range.
