Gran Turismo 4's AI was better than this, and it's not an over exaggeration.

Even if gran turismo 7 ends up having a ton of offline content it won't be enjoyable because of the AI. The AI in Gran turismo games have always been mediocre. I wish polyphony can hire a new AI programmer or something.

I think this is the consequence of bringing a AAA 1080p 60 FPS multiplayer game to a system prone to overheating.
