I’ve had my secondary off before but haven’t taken the primary off. Is the reinstall as easy as just threading the bolt back on and it pops back on?

Yes it is, just clean the PTO shaft and the bore of the clutch prior to reinstalling. You have to hold the clutch from spinning with spanner wrench to reinstall.
