We believe in respecting each others cultures and keep religion away from educational sectors especially. We don't care actually. It is not a disrespecting other culture it is used in arabic countries and other areas so some people following the culture or their policy. In other words the meaning of salam says " peace be unto you" even thats just a arabic thats praying for you. It is a standard salutation among members so we can say the islam respecting you guys through the even the salutation 😊🤍
