If you don't mind crawling around in a stealth suit, the robot Blitz missions are amazing for getting super samples. I never fire a shot.

do the same on bugs tbh, crouch/crawl and avoid patrols then just sit and wait for the lander to arrive
How do you extract?
@@curseofsasuke wait for the timer to run out and it auto drops. thats why you use the 12 minute destroy structures/hives mission. you have 12 minutes to find the samples then wonder over to the landing site.

Idk if anyone else does this but sometimes I drop the samples at the extraction so if I die I don't have to stress picking them back up. Great videos thanks

I just use the stealth armor, pick a map that doesnt disable the trailblazer passive to spot PoIs, search for the silver blob, ping it iwth armor to confirm its a poi with no mobs, collect 6 pinks, go back to extract, prone at edge of map with netflix up. extract with the mission fail one. fight nothing lol. its less fun but 6 samples for 15 minutes works in a pinch if you need an upgrade xD
That’s a good way too. The only problem is when I try, a patrol just mosies on over to exactly where I am every time. Or a stalkers keep sneaking up on me.

@@bobspalding2477I have the radar ship upgrade and the radar booster when i do this. I can see EVERYTHING and more with the ping. the fixed enemy spawns wont engage you if you dont bother them and you shouldnt get caught by patrols since you see them so far in advance. once you collect the pinks, simply go prone 1 minute from extract. run in when the pelicans landing in 20s or so cause theres still 20s to get into the ship. dont be afraid to clear a lone patrol or enemy outpost if youre confident you can prevent a flare. i often get out with zero kills and all pinks just by chillin. last run got a bit dicey cause of the stupid omniscient turrets LOL but i managed to break LOS with smoke and reset to enemies not lookin for me

I saw some people deploy mech and turrets at extraction after getting the samples just a bit before the timer runs out. Thought on this? (Other than makes it slower and you fail the mission)

Can't you just left out the nests completely?
I mean, the mission is then a failure but you can collect the mat's, sneak towards evac., lay down there unrecognized til time is over and the Penguin is coming.
I know this is a month old video and changes have been made since then but dude...
So far out of 32 attempts, I found the rock with the samples 2 times. Every other time I got swarmed upon first arrival.
In my experiences the bugs move a lot faster, there is a lot more of them, and the mech's rockets go a good measure left from the crosshair so closing bug holes with it is a good deal less trivial.
I suspect the constant tweaking of the game is responsible for the different experience from what I see in your video.
Anyways, out of those 2 occasions, 1 time I managed to collect them and kept running around the entire map, hoping that the emergency shuttle will extract me.
Imagine my surprise when on the radar I see, the way every bug magically learns I was, despite the stealth suite, and being prone the entire time 100m west from the extraction site.
In addition I had the localized confusion perk on me. and still every bug knew from the entire map where I was.
It is a work of art the way they changed direction straight toward me in sync.
I would love to see an updated video after the latest changes, because I sure as hell don't have days to waste to fail and fail and fail, only to maybe get 3 measly samples.
Do you have "easy common samples (green ones) farm"? I need them more than anything else. Currently by just playing the game I'm sitting at around 10 green, 120 orange and 20 pink samples.
Do the bug eradicate missions you want to find the map thats bigger and doesnt have the rock that you can get on every mission on any difficulty i believe will spawn 15 common samples
Just play trivial, I maxed out on common samples when I was farming for super credits on trivial

Thats the easiest one to find for me, theyre all over the nests missions. In the actual nests after yoy destroy them
Are you need finish objectives or you can just exfil?
u need to finish the bug holes to make the extraction pssoible
You don't have to finish the objective but if you can it's faster. You can just wait out the timer and the Pelican will automatically start the extraction timer.
The issue is if you die by that point there's no coming back.
But if your on a bot map or if no big units show up show up, you can also use a jetpack to rest atop a building or high ledge and wait for extraction as long as no enemies see you.
much easier ya, you can do this even if you cant solo at all. hit the sample rock, then just scoot around avoiding pats until emergency peli drops. maybe you can clear in half the time if you get good placement and are confident enough to smash the nests alone, but you don't need to at all and 12 minutes is not bad for easy solo 3 uranium since you don't need many. as people have said in other comments, you can do this in recon armor on 9 easy peasy for 6 pinks/12m every time

not once i had the mission at day with no gas making everything invisible on a bug planet ... it just never happens ...
and when and i drop there are 3 bile titans and i die ...
its much easier on helldiver with 3 friends for me then solo 7 this mission i can not find the damn stone in time ever ... i can finish the mission but i can NEVER FIND THE STONE
you was unbelievable lucky having it seen from the middle of the map i tried it 10 times not once i could see or find the stone
How it goes for me:
i drop in the middle next to no red, instant 2 chargers. i nearly die
then bile titan i am out of ammo before reaching a nest and i never find the rock xD
and when you die once its over ... you drop down and ur weapon are between 3-4 chargers what do you do then ?
honestly you say "you can have it much faster then me" but i had never ever seen such a chill run like you did with so little enemies so few problems ... never that just not happens
I understand ur experience is like that but mine isnt, I do these runs on stream and it is easy 90% of the time:) for the gason the map jist find a blit without it:) ur startig a mission with gas

I have been running solo 8s with arc thrower, shield backpack, 500kg and eagle air strike. I have honestly been just grinding everything down with the arc thrower and saving my 500kgs for bile titans. Saving air strikes for nests
And now those planets are gone?
This works great, I just farmed enough to get my 2x Eagle payload. Just find the choad, grab the uranium and beat it to the exfil point because when time runs out the ship will come. No need to do any objectives. I just stay in the mech or hide until I can call down another. It's not hard but you still have to be careful.
Not doing the objectives does not promote democracy. These selfish acts must be punished. Perhaps Joel should not allow you collect samples if you fail the main objective!

Good guide, but "boom, there it is" and showing WHAT I'm supposed to be looking for for around 1 picosecond really hasn't helped

If you're like me and your terrible graphics obscure your long distance vision, theres a few ways I look for the rock.
1. Anti Material Rifle
2. Squint hard at my screen
3. Use the scout armour to parse over the map and look at minor POIs to see if they are the correct rocks
4. If I'm having trouble go about the map doing objectives and searching around the map along the way for the silver dot on the map
Pro tip: go for maps with less rocky terrain that absolutely crowd the map. Small maps like blitz objs will also allow you to search faster. I've been using bunker destruction on bot maps as its one orbital laser and youre done. Afterwards you can search the map slowly for 40mins

Your screen brightness is too high, colors are distorted and highlights are clipping. The super uranium is more of a reddish violet, not quite pink in my opinion. Your common samples are almost white, instead of green.

My issue is whenever I try to solo farm. People jump into my game and screw everything up It's like they don't need materials. And then more bots spawn the game gets harder and you get no materials.
Turn privacy on friends only. You can always kick your friends. Or communicate with them.

High level players that have already everything unlocked don't need any more samples, so of course they will not care about searching for them. I guess if a high level player joins your squad you could tell them that you're in need of samples, maybe you can get them to help.

This video is massively badly timed. Made to look easy using TWO mechs, but the free mech is no more so we’d only have ONE.
The mech cooldown is 10 minutes while the mission timer is 12, so if you get one right after you land you can get another one at the extraction. But ofc more luck is needed with the super rock spawn location cause the mech is so slow.

where did he get the 2nd mech from?
you can call down 2 or 3 mechs per mission max and it has a 10min cooldown.
At the momen helldive is unplayable due to the current patch spawn rate
