16 months for attempted rape AND bodily harm. I had a friend who got done for 18 months for having traces of weed in his car.
First time I was raped, he denied it and they didn't even bother going any further because of "lack of evidence" due to it being outside in the middle of snow.its been 10 years and I still haven't forgotten a single detail

The system is so messed up. Severely. Guess what you get less time if you actually kill someone. My dad's best friend shot him in the back he beat him with an inch of his life. He got more time. He said I should have killed him. Which is true. Petos and murderers get out faster than people that deal drugs have drugs and or almost commit murder. And trust me that was justified. No one was angry that he went to prison.
Backwards “justice” system. 16 month doesn’t feel like it should be the only punishment, let alone enough punishment for rape
Idk what's worse .. having police not believe you're getting stalked.. or Having police believe you.. catch the person.. Then lock him up for 5 minutes lol ugh... it's damn near insulting
That dog was a hero in my opinion. I hope my dog would protect me if I was ever in a situation like that.
Dogs are always surprising to me- they are so loyal, my big dog robin, ive had her since I was 5 and am now 15, my dad tested her a lot but pretending to beat me up and she would instantly without hesitation jump up at him and bark and nip at him until he let go and then go see if I was ok. I’ve always known she’d protect me. We got a little dog- chief and he’s well... special- and I’ve always been like he would so let me die. Well I was wrong because my brother started pretending to beat me up and he got up and started snarling and biting and jumping at my brother. Robin thought him well :)
The first story was really hard to listen to. She didn't deserve it. Even cops sometimes don't take stalking seriously...
@Armchair Psycho the evidence was in the condom. all they had to do is test the dna from the condom &then take his dna.
Which should tell you right off the bat that the story is fake. Telling the police a stalker left a used condom on your doorstep is MORE then enough evidence to take him to court, have him locked up, a restraining order automatically put out on him for you and the grounds to sue him for multiple offences. Don't just believe it's true.
@Armchair Psycho He would need to prove beyond a show of a doubt that he was in some sort of relationship with her by giving details about her he couldn't possible know because he had never actually met her before. A scar from an old surgery, if she dyed her hair at any time and had pictures of it or her hair was not her natural hair color, where she went to school, where she was born. Your entire life is not a digital book no matter what people say. There's plenty of stuff that happens to people that is not constantly recorded 100% online, especially the negative. All social media can be made private anyways so details would be incredibly easy to show he wasn't in a relationship. And just saying that he had been stalking her and left a used condom on her doorstep would give them more then enough cause to start a case which would lead to bringing him in for questioning and testing the DNA all together. They may not immediately arrest the person but on the grounds that he was stalking her alone would be enough to start a line of questioning. It's like when someone anonymously calls up C.P.S. and says a child is being abused, they don't have to have any evidence whatsoever to investigate the guardians and a lot of nasty people use that as a way to harass their exes once they break up and they had had children together. They have to go investigate it.
They never take stalking seriously the police suck

One of the many reasons dogs should be loved and appreciated 💗❤️. I have multiple dogs in a variety of sizing but my smallest (20 pounds) was the toughest. Sadly I lost him in 2020 after 11 years.

wow that 12 year old girl amazes me! she was so observant and aware of her surroundings (most kids that age ,EVEN ADULTS, are so oblivious to things... hence her friend who just kept blabbing while everything was going on) i can only hope that my daughter picks up on things like this!

Let's Read, your channel is absolutely awesome. I can actually listen to a decent story here instead of listening to an ad literally every five minutes in a video. I'm sure that everyone here along with me appreciates how awesome this channel is. The reading is done with such good diction and pronunciation, and the tones for the story are fantasticly done. Fucking great job, I've been subscribed for a while. I don't have a lot of subscriptions, but this one is my favorite. Keep the scary readings coming!

Girls, obviously the best thing is if no guy ever tried to hurt/assault you at all and we all hope someday that becomes true. However, because we don't live in such a world yet, do yourself a favor and learn some Brazilian jiu jitsu and also perhaps boxing or kickboxing. The boxing and kickboxing will give you confidence and skills to understand how to defend yourself at least somewhat on your feet, but the jiu-jitsu is most important because in most cases if a man attacks you, you will be taken down to the ground. Jiu-jitsu will give you a huge advantage of using body mechanics and leverage along with submissions like chokes and armbars,etc where you don't need to be stronger then the person you are fighting to use it. It is by far the best self defense martial art for a woman to know.
It is a sad world where this is necessary but better safe then sorry is always the best advice to follow.

Story 4: how irresponsible of those parents to leave a 14 year old to supervise 3 other kids on her own. In Europe you’d get sued for that and your kids would be confiscated by authorities. Makes me mad and I just don’t get how someone could be so utterly stupid.
Am i the only one that gets drunk to scary stories? Sometimes it sucks because i live in rural Ohio. A kind of spooky place when the sun goes down. But if i fucking seen some creep at my window i have guns near me so i would make them leave. But damn very good when your drunk these stories are so much better buzzed. i have a stalker too.. thankfully it is a different type, but it's still very disconcerting when she texts, calls, emails, sends social media messages and requests, uses fake facebook accounts to contact me, sends flowers, leaves gifts, and shows up at my job or home... i've been thinking about telling my story on youtube to shatter her fantasy bubble, and let her see the reality, rather than the fantasy world she lives in. i'm sure she would see it, after all.
If I could just make a suggestion. I would really like to read along with these stories, so if it isn't to much trouble could you please add the link to the stories so I can read along. English isn't my first language so sometimes I can't really keep up with the narrator.
What I personally really would love to see is the text put up in the actual video, but I can understand that most people would be against that, and it would be a lot more work making the video.
And sometimes the story just gets really creepy and text is somewhat more comforting than just a video.

I saved a little girl before. She was a pretty little black girl, well dressed. There was this creepy ruff looking white guy. He grabbed the little girl and began dragging her away as she screamed. We were at toys-r-us. I grabbed a large toy and, said let her go! Trying to sound as tough as I could. He let her go and ran off. Then her mother showed up. I didn't tell her what happened because I live in a racist area and, I'm white. I told a security guard, he looked but, the scruffy white guy had gone.

Edit:aye shout out to the lab in the first story I have a white lab named Parker she sounds and looks intimidating but she’s a ball of fluff when u meat her she never snapped until another random dog bit me and she’s protective of me because she sleeps and basically does everything with me and I treat her like a baby😂(sorry for the long chat I’m just on edge and tend to over explain when I’m scared)

That dog had not seen the man, he FELT his presence. The man had done nothing threatening, but his ENERGY was menacing and made the dog growl.
