Yan Shou Gong 延壽功 is an Authentic Nei Gong practice traditionally taught to only the most senior monks in the Southern Shaolin Temple. Each of the Yan Shou Gong sets condenses the best practices of the Nei Gong arts, making them:
    • Easy to learn.
    • Quick to practice.
    • Produce real internal skills.
Many types of Nei/Qi Gong practices typically take years before a student feels any benefits from the training; Or even worse, the methods don’t produce any results. However, this is not the case with Yan Shou Gong, as the student will notice the benefits instantly, and in most instances, it can begin to deliver results within weeks.
Yan Shou Gong also emphasizes the development of kinetic energy and the mind; in Chinese martial arts, these terms are referred to as Jin 勁 and Yi 意. It also teaches the practitioner how to perform techniques such as Grounding, Rooting, and Centering, creating awareness and mindfulness of being in the body. This can improve a practitioner’s martial abilities, but it can also help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression.
The comprehensive instruction provided in this course is ideal for martial artists who want to study an authentic Nei Gong system/internal art. It is also suitable for those who have previously been too busy, living a stressed-out lifestyle, and now need to work on improving their health.
    Inner-door Students Group:
As well as the comprehensive video instruction provided within the course, Master Yap has created a private group to personally guide students studying the Yan Shou Gong (Shaolin Nei Gong) course with him. Access to the group is exclusive and only available to students who enroll in this course. Students can use the group to ask questions, discuss the video lessons and share their training experiences with the other pupils. Master Yap will be on hand to answer any questions and share new video lessons with the group.

Quite logical if you think about it.
I am an orthopedic surgeon with Intrest in martial arts.
    Few things to notice.
All eastern martial arts are apart of training to fight with a hard weapon. Mostly swords, daggers. They are supposed to increase your efficacy with the weapon. They are module of advanced training in your swordsmanship.
Now let me dissect the move.
Our guy (bald) is leaned in one foot, no weight on other foot, basically his centre of gravity is high up (as it is in humans) and outside his body somewhere over his foot Infront of his hips.
    1. When the master tries to push him at the forearm towards right, he is repelling that with his shoulder muscles and driving his body ever so slightly rotating it towards left. The power is also being generated from his left hip and paralumbar muscle group (back). Basically very powerful muscles groups of the shoulder, upper back, hips are working. You can try this, if the master would have suddenly removed the force, you would see our guys whole shoulder move outwards(externally rotate) and his body would turn left.
    2. Now, the master applies the force at the wrists. In doing so he has done two things
    A. Increased his lever arm to counter your body rotation, generated from hip and lower back. And he has increased his lever arm to counter your shoulder muscles.
    B. He has shifted the onus of 'holding the line' to forearm extensors rather than the powerful trapezius, parascapulars, and external rotators (infraspiantus and Teres minor muscles) . If you consider the whole chain, its the wrist, the elbow, the shoulder, spine, hip, ankle, foot. The wrist is the weakest of all the links. You cannot just jam it in place and freeze it, like you did with the shoulder. There are no muscles around the wrist, only tendons. When you have muscles originating around a joint, even if the don't move the joint, you can tighten the muscles around the joint and lock it in place.. Very solidly.
    Now put it all togther.
Your attention is on holding the wrist stiff. The rest of your body becomes disengaged. The power generators aren't working. You have now two parts - hand, and the rest (forearm to left foot - a single unit). You are already In very unstable position. Imagine if somebody made a statue like that, a person leaning left, whole weight on the left foot, and arms extended outside, it would be so easy to just tip the statue. That's what he did. When he applied force at the wrist, he cut off the rest of the power generators, and instead of being actively involved, they became one static frozen part. So it was easy form him to tip you to other side with such unstable COG. Your COG tried to balance itself, when you got tipped, it went right, to regain your balance, you had to throw your weight further to the right, so that your COG would not go too far right of your body, else you would fall. And it looked as if you flew.
It was not the mater who made you jump right, he just tipped you, it's your own reflexes which made you go right jumping, to prevent you from falling.
PS - COG = centre of gravity.
Sattues of athelets remain stable in different position, because of a counter weight.... THE BASE OF PLATE OF THE STATUE., which keeps the centre of gravity low and usually the centre of gravity of statues in varying poses in situated behind the leaning object. So if a right leaning statue was there, the COG would be on the left side near the foot. So you have to apply a singinivate tilt to lift the COG across the centre to the left to make the statue fall.

I think its much simpler than that. The first few pushes are on a slight down angle. The final one is slightly upward. As the victim says, it slightly lifted him off the floor. Repositioning stance and winding up the ball were unnecessary, IMO. He just changed the direction of the pressure applied.

If you apply the force in the wrong way, it won’t have the desired outcome.
Because of the way he applied the force on example A) due to his stance not being ideal for creating the necessary force in the right way, the other guy didn’t budge and with no effort.
      B) he fixed his stance, applied the force in a way which moved the second persons centre of gravity, and due to the force changed their position.

Wow, I'm impressed that you know how the human mind, and body work. Is that an intuitive ability to understand that you posses, or do you have PhD's in kinesiology and psychology?
Do you experience periods of euphoria, where you feel like you have almost limitless amounts of energy even though you only get a couple hours of sleep? Is it during these periods that you feel like you see merit in acquiring these kinds of martial arts skills, or maybe even believe there is an esoteric kind of supernatural power to be gained from developing a deep understanding of it?
Does the thought of acquiring this special power cause you to spend long periods of time practicing and studying this type of martial art. Periods of time where you can often be distracted from your personal life, maybe forget to go to work, or school, and even your hygiene is lacking?
