Spear - Coal and a Stick,easy ain't it? Use it to hunt fish.
Crab Claw - Carl's Claw and a Stick, might have to wait if Carl is gonna give it to ya. Grab things that are too far for your reach.
Torch - Piece of coconut and Stick,OOGA BOOGA You can use it to burn that seagull.
Log Chuck - Log and Stick,Be Bruce Log! Eh I dunno what it does looks cool though.
