You can have mine lol, I have a baby bunny but due to him being young he is very energetic and he makes me a lot of mess, he is liter trained but he gets lazy during the night time and he doesn’t use it at night. Bunny are cute and all but they do require a lot of work to keep their space clean and not stinky, like it doesn’t stink but is smells the place like hay, and their pee does stink so just keep that in mind if you are still deciding on getting one, training will be requiered to make it easier for you.
Good video. Unlike other people all they cared about was making sure you have a big space all these toys all these things. You made it simple for an everyday person
Tip for wires: roll the wire onto furniture. For example, I roll my lamp's wire on the leg of my bedside table. It keeps it out of reach and hidden. It has worked for me with three rabbits.
Your content is fab! My bunny Binky has no cage and lives with our cat and dog. I always find other bunny parents interesting to watch :). My bun is s single bun as he was the only kit! But I'm his bald bunny! Lol
I love this! I live in shared accommodation with my bun herbie and thought getting him a friend would be a good idea.. bonding is SO hard with limited space, I’ve had to rent another room 😂 love your inventiveness with the space and cardboard 👌🏼
I ended up with my first bunny because my coworker found out right before she moved that her new apartment complex allowed dogs and cats, but not bunnies. So I adopted him from her. My current landlord has a "no cats and dogs" policy, so I was able to get my current bun. He's in a 4x4 ex pen in my living room, and a larger area of the room is bunny proofed so he can come out several hours a day.
I made the mistake the first year of letting my rabbits free roam and they chewed everything. LOL. They now have a “home base” and are much happier free roamers.
lol i have a queen sized bed in a small small apartment takes up most the space. i have a bunny named chippy. he basically lives on my bed in a cage with his own play area and i sleep on a small corner with a caged tent covering most of my bed. All this cuz i decided to take a rabbit from a friend and now hes like my best buddy haha this has to change tho im making an area tomorrow asap for him to live in ill give up my workout area if i have to lol
Check to see if your city has a pet policy. My city has a pet policy for all animals if you are disabled or 62 and over, they cannot evict you and all you would need a doctor's note.
Ohh also what should I do to protect my laptop chargers etc.. because they are already thick and I am thinking to keep my rabbit underneath my study table.
I have an 8 week old bunny. So litter training is a must. She is also eating the carpet, no in the corners but everywhere in the apartment. What can I do?
I have 3 rabbits and my girlfriend and I are so worried about looking for a place, we have two cities that are basically connected to look in but I'm so nervous.
@@morticco thank you so much for your answer. It is really helpful. I didn't know that with the females and their hormones. Very interesting. But for the males: it doesn't matter when they get fixed?
I don't have an enclosure at all for mine. He has his space like a dog would have theirs ofc. Dogs don't have enclosures and neither does my bunny since he free roams. I dont get this whole cage thing w free roamers. 😶
My last bunny took time to adjust when we moved to the city, on a busy street right near a hospital, but within a few months he was okay, if that helps.
Also I live in a one story house but since I still live with my parents I have to keep my two rabbits outside in a fenced yard, they free range and roam 90% of the time because only live in a 30 inch by 30 inch cage and only at night they go in a 8:00pm but in winter at 7:00pm ,and in the winter October-December we keep them in a 30 inch dog crate And I want to get them litter box trained and get cord protectors, nic grids for walls and under my bed,pee pads, litter, litter boxes, and beds and I already have a rug,oh and a hair buster. I also bring them inside 50-100% of the time in summer and 50-100% of the time in the winter mostly 100% of the time.
@@DinosaurDrummer I hope they are inside more now since the predators can eat them when you leave them outside alone. If you want them outside, bring them to a park and use a harness.
Lmao with the fact that most rabbits don’t chew thick wires. I have two atm and honestly most rabbits don’t chew thicker wires! However one of my boys is kinda dumb and it’s almost like he targets thick wires lol. The thicker the better!
Hop has been living inside a computer case for 3 years and would like to move out into an hoppy apartment like Eliie has. Hop rather go outside, Ms. b0ss. Who disliked this video, Hop will thump them
It's a long and perilous journey to make it out of the land of the computer, but I'm sure the brave Hop Hoppington-Hoppenhiemer can face the challenge!
Meh if a landlord says either "Dogs and Cats" or "Small animals including cats and enclosure pets" are allowed, you're probably fine. Your landlord would have to be a real pain and if they are, then it isnt a big loss to leave for a better building anyway.
Thanks a lot for this video. I'm considering adopting one so i'm doing my researches. Thanks a lot!

Jus got my Lil"Lily spayed, and she's recovering well! she's an all black Netherland Dwarf
Thank you! I will definitely show this to my parents they might allow me to keep one! Now I just need to find a space to keep it! Thank yo so much!!!!
same with mines I do know I can put the rabbit behind out sofa near our windows and my mom said if I have enough money I can get 1 or 3
If I had my bed like yours, I wouldn’t sleep thinking that I would fall on top of my rabbit 😅😂 I just can’t do that
love your energy

Super helpful for me! Thank you for your tips ☺️

Amazing video😍 and your bunny is soo cute🐰💕
Thank you! I gotta teach Ellie to do autographs
Your bunny sure loves you :)
U nd ur bunny both r so cute
I would love to see a video about litter training!
Rabbits can train themselves if u make the litter for them it’s not hard

Do you think tarpauline (with slab sports mat under) should do the trick ?
(Yeah I know, it's not as comfortable as carpet but carpet is so expensive)
Can you please make a video on how to litter train your bunny please!

Is there anyway you could link the play pen
I want to get a loft bed too are they safe and what size is your bed and their enclosure?

Any news? Did you manage to solve it?

If I were to go with the dog playpen you suggested what do I use to cover the floor?
I personally would recommend a rug or maybe blankets!
Great video, thanks! Does it matter for better results in litter training if the bunny got early spayed/neutered or when it's older?

What type of rabbit you have?
Based on her appearance, I think Ellie is a Florida White rabbit. But she was adopted so I'm not 100% sure
