I agreeeee, at least the kardashians are putting in effort with weight training while girls are still terrified of “looking bulky” from weight training!
They’re no pro power lifter or Pt, but I’ll take it!
I think the problem is that they will simultaneously post a workout clip and also on the side be promoting weight loss teas, supplements, and waist trainers. That, combined with the fact that they will not admit to how much of their bodies are not natural, is why I take issue with them posting their workouts and trying to make it appear as if their bodies are built by the gym and not by procedures. I don't get the vibe that they are trying to promote women working out at all. They are pretty clearly trying to sell an image to get women to buy their products in hopes that they will obtain a certain look.
Very true as well! I still don’t think they’re the perfect role models for health & wellness that’s for damn sure. More so just happy they are finally admiting their plastic surgery (Kylie & khloe have) and have stopped with the weight loss teas. So I’m hoping being positive about them doing so will encourage them to keep down the right path 🙏🏼

I read just yesterday that Kourtney Kardashian's gummies brand is going to release a ~metabolism booster~ gummy that is being marketed as an anti-obesity supplement so I feel like their support of weight loss products are morphing but not really going away.

Currently a Kylie and accepting that. I have a lot of stress at the moment. In time, I hope I'll go back to Kim - effective strenght training, fun exercises. But also a bit of cardio.

Loved this. Keltie you are a fitness scientist and I looove it 😅 the Kardashians are a huge influence in beauty stnadards these days and though i personally believe majority have had a fair bit of work done (who wouldn't with their resources) I loved being able to see some investigation to what they actually do day-to-day to maintain their insane bods. Personally I think my workouts as is are a little more well rounded as I stick to brittany luptons workout programs with added cardio and core workouts, but its nice to see what the queens be doing. Confirms my theory thay if i want further progress i have to alter my diet, or make more money and get work done... hmm, decisions to be made 😅

I saw your 100 day transformation vid awhile ago and have been contemplating something similar with just throwing things to the wind and really work hard for 3 months and see what occurs.... the retraining's progress has slowed, plus my legal situation is finally ending 5 yrs after the fact, it just seems like perfect timing after my vacation here to give this a whirl with everything... ill keep you posted

I’m curious about water. Is it bad to just drink Regular water? Do you have to have electrolytes in all your water? Lol I keep thinking of the movie idiocracy…. But I have a 42oz water jug and I worry when I drink it that I’m flushing myself out of all my minerals and electrolytes.
If you’re worried about drinking too much water, just have some electrolyte water or a pinch of salt once a day! Crystal Light electrolyte powder is cheap and I can drink a few liters a day with no issue.
I’ve done a light version of the 75!
Workout only 5x a week, some of the days can be recovery, like yoga or mobility; or cardio or a sport.
Do it with your friends and whoever has the most cheat days buys lunch or drinks at the end.

Bashing "two-a-days" is hilarious to me. Most of us "girlies" get 10k steps AND a workout in most days of the week. So that's technically already two. And while I do get that it seems unrealistic, for some people it's more time efficient to get two shorter workouts in instead of lifting weights for two hours.

The problem w 75 Hard is that people follow it blindly because it’s set up specifically to NOT listen to your body because you must be “hard” and follow it exactly. 😵💫 So of course this poor girl would not realize that all she needs is some darn electrolytes in her water. And now the poor thing was hospitalized and prob didn’t finish her tasks for the day, so now she has to start the whole thing over. Womp womp! 🤪 I hope she is smart enough to ditch it.
It also seems to completely ignore the female infradian rhythm! We simply should not exercise day in and day out the same as a man would. We’ve gotta listen to our bodies and adapt based on the phase of our cycle
No, based on all research it’s safe to exercise at any point of your cycle. It might not be comfortable, but it’s perfectly fine, and as a female athlete I find it actually helps reduce cramps to push through and work out hard. However, during some phases I do need to sleep more to recover, so that’s something to consider.
@@strawberryinsomnia9188 I recommend checking out the work of Alisa Vitti. She goes into detail (with research) how to best support our infradian rhythm. I wasn’t saying we can’t exercise every day of our cycle though I do see how my comment could be interpreted that way based on how I worded it.
@@xodanigani but the workouts are not two intense weight sessions, they are completely up to the individual. You could do light yoga or stretch and go for a walk. It might not be easy, but it is extremely doable.

Not quite of them because I swim, hike, and do yoga and never go to the gym. But closest to Kylie since I'm recovering from an injury and unrelated chronic pain so I'm taking it a bit easy.

Kim wanted to get into Marilyn’s dress. She said give me 3 months or something. Made it sound like she was only going to be working off fat. But I feel that she just got the BBL taken out and recovered just in time.
It’s not wrong, it’s just shady but I feel like society has put so much pressure on them like how dare they be mortal women?? That they have to hide what they do. It starts with us.
