- my 2008 lancer red interior trim with K&N typhoon SRI, Injen SES catback exhaust system. and my front end plasti dipped. Wheels blacked out with red calipers and HID kit from xenonsupply all DIY!

@@BetterCallMoey rarely but it did after I tuned it before the car was no more. So get a Pop tune and your good to go

Not too much of a difference. I know this comment is late but it sounded beautiful and gained close to 30hp mostly because of the tune though.

How did you change the interior trim color? Did you paint it? Or did you buy it painted? Did you have to remove the trim pieces?
I had to take each trim piece off, and what i did was do 3 coats of the same engine paint i used on the calipers. As long as you sand it and clean with brake cleaner it comes out really well

Don't you think your intake opening is pointing the wrong way? Shouldn't it be pointing toward the grill of the car?
Its a short ram intake...so thats how it was built. But you are right i would prefer it toward that direction. But i,ve had it awhile now and literally 0 problems and sounds beautiful to this day so no complaints. I Tuned it myself so my car runs very lean and sounds awesome.

This comment is 7 years late but that’s not a catback exhaust, catbacks don’t have resonators or mid mufflers like yours Cleary did. You have an axle back exhaust
