If you want to clean a greasy pan, you can use coffee grounds to remove the grease easily. If you want to store rice for a long time, you can stick a silica gel sachet to the underside of the lid of the container to remove moisture. If there are grease smears on your drinking glasses, you can put a bowl of vinegar in the dishwasher - this will remove the grease and any unpleasant odors during the wash. If you have run out of dishwashing sponges, you can recycle net fruit bags by joining them together to create a handy, emergency sponge.
