I lost 2 heirlooms, my complete stats, multiple 20 bomb, 4k badges etc. this company 🤡 Shit like this is unacceptable and we need a huge compensation after it is fixed.
i spent $30 this season . $30 of my own money that i cant just get back in a couple hours of work . i come from a broke family and spent my pocket money on a game i loved , and now my shits gone . i am beyond livid
I’m sorry to hear that I’m hoping they get things fixed back as soon as possible. I agree I’ve spent a lot of money on this game because it’s fun and I love it(at times) and I am very upset and disappointed in this game and company. Hopefully they’ll give back a little extra items or apex coins for the inconvenience to some players that have make purchases this season that were taken away from them. Sadly we have to just wait and see what they do.

Wraith and pathy's with 20 kill 4k's and their own heirloom with 4k horizon and valkaryie. Also my only masters badge from season 16, rip...if its all gone then im compeletey done. 6 years down the drain.
Still this issue is not fixed. Got my first heirloom after waiting for 3 years had 20 bombs nd 4k. This season i had more than 1k kills on wraith with total 6k kills on her now it went back to 4k kills. Just now I logged in to see whether it got fixed or not still the issue is there :( .
They announced on Twitter this morning they were working on a fix for it and supposedly our games should have an update for everything to go back to normal! Hopefully🫠

People prolly go to far with some comments but this is a major mess up they did and they haven’t really been doing well the past few months🫠 and I feel like it’s new management the game is under and it just sucks to see how poorly things are getting. From Apex to Respawn and EA. Hard to pin it on one person when I’m sure there’s so many hands involved with this game, but with that being said this was a MAJOR screw up still.

They need to compensate everyone who is affected, obviously reported losses, so I checked my account and I haven’t lost anything, my gold badge from season 14 is still missing, and it appears that no ranked reset happened because it looks like a single split(for me ofc) I’m still plat 4 for some reason, my stats are all there, but there are still bugs

Some player did report losing the legends they bought sadly so yes. Seems like anything bought very recently(about 3 months or more worth of time) has been lost/taken away from people account
You should be fine if you had your stuff. They rolled out an update AFTER players were reporting their stuff was missing so anyone that logged in later in the day should be fine.

With the cheater situation, ALGS getting hacked mid tournament, releasing another $300 heirloom while also removing some people badges from season THEN updating the game again and making it get worse somehow…. Absolutely impressive yet extremely disappointing all at once.
Same for me I was level 480 prestige 1 the green one anyways got reset to like 2 seasons ago to level 320 and also I lost my first ever heirloom ever that I got like a week ago, also lost my saved packs and also my apex money I had 1600 and now have 500 😡

I was max BP lvl I just got the cobalt katar from a 100 coin pack I was very happy I also grinded 2k vantage kills and 4k badge and boom just like that everything gone I went to lvl 300 lost every skin all BP lvls 5 legends
