Do you live in the US? If yes, then your scooter doesn't have a speed limiter and can already go full speed. There are laws in the UK and some other places that say that scooters can only go 15 MPH so they sell faster ones but limit them to 15 MPH
@@TyTy-fs2cdthat’s wrong what everyone is saying that there are no speed limiters in the US. I read an article that says if your scooter maxes out at 15.5 mph there is definitely a limiter. I have the same problem with my Okai EA10 but I can’t find anything on it. Hopefully you got yours going if not good luck brother!

Frankly just unplug and plug back things to see if they work. I plugged in a wire, it reduced my top speed to 12mph no matter what speed I was at
