Way too complicated! My experience with Enterprise PDM taught me that customers create Workflows that are complicated, have too many steps and are difficult to use. Therefore, users "go around" and just go back to their old ways. Someday, someone will simplify this process. Training and implementation costs for a huge system like this are enormous.
