@@HercTheJerk but especially not a baby who cannot defend itself and cannot do much by itself at 2 years old and being in a car seat you can't do anything pretty much can you look at car seats they pretty much immobilize the children so that they make sure that they can't fall out some kids are smarter and can figure out how to get out of them but those are there do you make sure that these kids cannot move show that if the car if the brakes get slammed on the child will not move it's a very smart safety innovation but in instances like this it was very unintelligent of that man to leave that child in the car especially when he's inside for more than 30 to an hour that is ridiculous I agree that's straight up negligence that's why I said in my comment I don't know where but somewhere in here but that man should get definitely charges pushed on him and perhaps if he is the only one taking care of that child we give that child to a better parent somebody who actually has brains
AutoStart features on vehicles will automatically shut off after about 15 to 20 minutes. He should have known this. Best case scenario is that he turned on auto start and left his child in the vehicle and it turned off after a bit. Which would mean he left the child unattended for an hour or more for the vehicle to heat up again. Half hour is BS. And that's the best case scenario. The worst case is that he didn't even have or use an AutoStart feature and he simply left the child to bake for 30+ minutes or more. He needs to face charges, because it's neglect resulting in death regardless
