Yeah, the app kinda sucks, but does a fairly good job of moving and blinking in ‘idle’ mode (don’t choose any of the animations). To get more than 4 seconds, which is touch and go when it comes to the blink (it is sometimes only a weird half blink), I have tried screen recording. The logo in the bottom, i blur out or cover it.

It can be totally free for the basic stuff which is what I use it for. You don't have to pay for that.
