I’m leaving soon for the Air Force and I might get placed in a whole different state, on the other side of the United States or somewhere out of the US for 4-6 years. It made me realize how much I need to start loving my home with my family, and how much I need time I need to spend with them. Such a nice flow throughout the day. My nightly routine is pretty simple atm. Screen time done cca. an hour and a help before bed, getting some reading in, doing my bathroom routine and then doing some breathing exercises before going to bed. These have helped me with my sleep so much and I found them in my Bellabeat app. The greatest new addition to my routine.

If you like it heavy leave it in and if you don't you take it out both are completely fine
My mom leave it in. I dont drink tea, but I would remove it
i leave it in to steep for like 5 minutes and then take it out so it doesn't get bitter

Ya I take mine out. I usually make chamomile tea and press the teabag up against the cup and that gets more flavor out and then I put sugar directly on the teabag so that it infused with the flavor.
