    I joined this session live and have raved about it to everyone since. This is my second viewing of the video and it was so good to revisit the tips and refresh my memory of the discussion. Can’t recommend this video more highly- it has helped me so much over the years and I’m sure to all those I recommended it to!

    thanks for this great talk about a topic so relevant for many people, including myself. I was a bit surprised to hear that Dr. Ramlakhan advises to eat in the morning not more than 30 min after waking up, which would improve sleep (as a non-negotiable!). I have been on 18:6 intermittant fasting, skipping breakfast for more than two years now and it initially improved my sleep (on top of lowering cholesterol, weight loss, and generally feeling better).Recently I have started waking up too early though (3-4 AM) failing to get back to sleep. Not sure if skipping breakfast is affecting this. Many online scientific studies show that intermittant fasting actually improves sleep or doesn't have any effect at all on sleep. I didn't find any study where it affects sleep negatively. But then of course, I'm not a doctor nor specialist in sleep. I would love to see some scientific studies that show that fasting affects sleep badly.

    i'd add: sleeping with mouth closed ( slight tape ) and maybe ear plugs if noisy and also to enable you to listen to your breath. and when mind roams snd you realise : label thinking or roaming and go back to listening to yr breath ... lsd light slow deep breath...over and over
