NUZLOCKE rules:
1. You have to name your Pokémon
2. If a Pokémon faints, it dies and you can’t use it anymore
3. Catch the Pokémon you first see on the routes
4. When catching Pokémon you have to use a regular Pokémon
5. The starters, Riolu, Aron, Legendaries, and Mythical’s get an additional life
