I bought this camera and I can't set the resolution to 4k. big disappointment.

The limitation today is actually on the video platforms that only allows up to 720p, however this being a 4k ready camera, it's futureproof, when the time comes, companies like Zoom, Microsoft or even Google, if they were to enable 4k video streaming for video calls, you don't need to get a new camera as yours is 4k capable.
