  • Many people have the mindset, especially when they are not currently having any medical problems, that they can continue to continue to Enjoy obviously unhealthy eating habits, they would take their chances with health, hoping that they will be the lucky few who can get away with eating unhealthily.

    B, I am making the effort now. My dad has diabetes so I am really to avoid all those complications

    Hi. Could we have a video made up of foods that have been scientifically proven to be healthy rather than videos about arguments for and against. Most people watching these videos have chosen B to be their answer but it's really hard to implement change when, for example, one person says brown basmati rice is healthy and one person says it's not. Some definitives would be really helpful.
