The new 200 fin is comprised of a modular foot-pocket with three stiffness settings: Soft / Medium / Hard position settings on the sole of the pocket.

Assembly Kit: Two Hex key bolts and an adapter and adapter gasket to connect blade to foot pocket. Blades can be disconnected and changed in under 5 minutes.
About the fin: As of the time of this video the owners of this CZcams Channel still hasn't used them. The Fin is claimed by C4 to require roughly half the energy to kick as other previous versions of comparable freediving fins on the market. Blades are available in different lengths.
C4 reportedly worked on the development of the C4 200 fins for several years and has come to a much improved and comfortable foot-pocket as well as claiming to have developed one that saves the diver lots of energy contributing to better, longer and safer dives. Time will tell how this innovation from C4 proves itself.

@@MAVERICKAMERICANSPEARFISHINGCO Would love a video about how to put on wetsuits actually showing wrong and correct techniques both what to do and what to avoid. A cool tip is boiling flax-seeds in water which produce a gel completely unharmful to nature. Thanks for great content!

@@fredrikastlid645 There's a video of the women's putting on freediving wetsuits, you can decide whether it's right or wrong. Most viewers like their technique because it's an extra challenge. As for the men's wetsuits, 25 years of wearing open cell neoprene wetsuits and always put the sleeves through first. Guess it does make sense once you think about it to put the hood through, adjust the head, and then the sleeves! Always learning something
