    Used a heat gun/scraper after sanding a few spots down and it worked 1’000x better. Thanks!!

    Very nice to know. I had a bathroom mirror fall off the wall after decades and there were 6 circles of this black adhesive left behind. But each one has a an oily stain on the wall as well.

    I have textured walls and im literally scrapping off the texture in thr process 😂

      @@Its_about_that_time oh yeah not much you can do about that. You can probably retexture that part of the wall pretty easily after you scrape it all off
