Tuur I remember to this day when you said the Crypto market was the "Theme park of speculation" l laughed so hard as you were so right. Think that was back in 2016. 66 years of age and have been buying and mining BTC since then. ....Much respect to you Turr all the best to you 💪👆👍🤑

How old is this presentation? Why release it so late as to make it irrelevant?
The problem with the "priced in" thesis is that it can never account for funds which are not yet available to be invested.
I am from the future.....the ETFs are approved
Real estate is not just treated as a store of value because of the dollar’s predictable decline.
It’s also because government has subsidized housing in many ways. Low interest rates, the mortgage interest deduction, first time buyer programs, everything Fannie and Freddie do, bailouts of bank’s holding mortgage backed securities.
Even the existence of the 30 mortgage is a subsidy. Many countries don’t have that.
Imagine if all of those programs were discontinued.
