How do we fix motor vehicle good driver should not equal how much money you have Motor Vehicles don't even know who's a good or bad driver just who's paying the fines to keep their license for being a good driver Why doesn't driving ability matter and for driving ability to matter there should be a gauge meter level I would like to see that
What are you talking about registration of a vehicle is based on the value of the vehicle! License are applied for once in any state you live in. Then a fee to update your photo. Any suspension on your license is at your fault for failing to obey a law or code and not taking care of it.

This is the same with child support if at anytime you loss the ability to pay your support you can request a emergency lowering of your support, but you need to be willing to increase that support if your income increases.
