Just curious I tried doing this on my 2019 jcw I have the excitement package and power mirrors but I activated this and coded it and it didn’t work, what might be the issue?
Could you use this to reset the F56 sat nav/radio/media infotainment system
A number of values you cannot reset once you entered a value and coded it.
So the most important tip would be make a backup of the status quo before playing around ….
Hi Kelvin, can I pls ask if i plug this one connector on to my mini and adjust all the features that I like to change, the mini service centre would know when I bring the car in for service as I would break the service plan that I still got like 2 years left.:(
Hi Kevin @5:39 I see the Auto Start Stop function by default. May I ask if you could change this to successful with the Free version of Bimmercode AND the OBD reader? its sooo irritating that i have to press the tab to manually turn off the auto start stop everytime i get into the car and stat it in the morning.
I tried this on my countryman 17 & it didn't work??? Any advice??

I have a mini f55 2016, adjust the mirror with the button on the driver's door, will I be able to activate the closing of the mirrors, is the engine there? can i do all these things? I have the simplest mini radio unfortunately
I think you can program the mirrors, since the button means you have powered mirrors.

Kevin, I have a 2014 Mini Cooper s and I have the click n drive to hold my phone, that is until I upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro plus. on my old iPhone, I had to take my case off for it to fit. It was 3.06" wide, the 13 is 3.07" wide. Do you know of a company that I can get the piece that will hold my new iPhone?

What year is your cooper? My 2019 S doesn't have the head unit options in bimmercode.
Mine is a 2016. Is yours optioned with navigation? I think you might need that for the head unit options to appear.

Yeah not sure about Mini's logic there. If you can adjust your mirror through a knob near the driver-side window switch, then it's powered. Otherwise, it's probably not.

End of 2023 I got the Vgate vLinker MC OBDII Bluetooth OBD2 from Amazon and it works

I have same codes on mine and they work good. My only wish is that the driver side mirror could also tilt down when in reverse. I dont get why only the passenger side tilt.
Mine does this. Drives me crazy. Especially if I don’t want it to tilt down. Or if I do and it doesnt
I remember on my BMW if you have the selector switch that chooses left/right mirror for the adjustments set to the passenger side the mirror wont tilt down.. if you set the switch to the middle or drivers side then it will tilt down.. check your switch
@@rubenohanlon move the mirror selector switch to the pass side and the mirror shouldnt tilt down..
Passenger tilt is insanely helpful if you live in midtown/downtown with mostly street parking
@@rubenohanlon- if you switch the mirror adjust selector to the passenger side (right in my case) then it won’t tilt down when reversing….

Thanks! The most common reason I've heard from my viewers is that the car doesn't have electric mirrors optioned.
My Cooper S doesn't have sport mode so no pops and bangs, but the jcw pro exhaust. Is it possible to code it to sport mode and i then have pops and bangs? Doesn' have the drive select from factory…

Why bother?
The opening and closing "beeps" is that in the scanner buddy ? Have to keep checking if I've locked the car or not. 😂
