SMR510 Husqvarna 2008 BREATHER VALVE MOD PART 2 and WHEN TO REBUILD HUSQVARNA SMR 450 510 ENGINE

This is a "part 2" video regarding my Breather Valve Mod on my Husqvarna smr 510, 2008. In my first video, I explained why you should reroute this hose. In this video, I show where I ran it to AND I go over the "clues" your motor will be telling you which can mean its getting close to needing a rebuild. SMR 450 and 510 supermotos and the TE or TXC models all have motors which have been known to "explode". This is for the the bikes made from the early 2000's right up to 2013. Avoid this costly damage by "listening" to what your bike is telling you. After doing my breather mod, I discovered way too much oil coming out over the top of my oil rings which is a sure sign my engine needs a rebuild. But other things to consider include the general sound of the motor, vibration, breather valve exhaust gas and oil, engine break and general performance. In this video I cover these indicators, not just using the recommended "manual" time frame for rebuilds so you too can stay ahead of killing your engine killing.
